New Kitchen
We would like to to take this time to thank Rivalda Oaks Kitchens for the fantastic job they did in our home. From the start, from choosing our colour and style with Fred and Tony to the design, we have had an amazing experience. We worked together with Michael and John to build and customize the kitchen of our dreams. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the service was fast and flawless. We are truly happy and would recommend Rivalda Oaks Kitchens to everyone we know. Thanks for making this experience a memorable one. We look forward to our next purchase with you guys in the near future.

Kitchen Renovation
Absolutely first class design and manufacturing quality, the finished product is completely stunning ! Everybody that see's this kitchen can only say wow - I would HIGHLY recommend Rivalda Oaks Kitchens to anybody!

Kitchen
My husband and I purchased two kitchens as well as a matching kitchen table from Rivalda Oaks Kitchens. The entire experience was great. Our salesperson, Michael, made the decision making easy. He designed two kitchens that are functional and beautiful. Every person that came to our house from the delivery people the the service person has shown great care in their work, because of the professionalism and the craftsmanship of Rivalda Oaks Kitchens, I would recommend them to everyone.

Full Kitchen Cabinets
I was recommend to Rivalda by a friend, The salesman helped us create our dream kitchen, delivery was on time and installation quality was top notch. There was one piece of trim that got damaged somehow and it was repaired within a week of the installation. We are extremely please with the work done by Rivalda.

Kitchen Renovation
We recently did business with Rivalda Oaks Kitchen. I strongly advise that customers be careful when choosing this company; my experience was very unfortunate with them. They are only in the business for money and not customer service. I had an issue with our kitchen and they completely ignored us. I kindly requested to them several times to address the matter and they did nothing but hang up the phone on us. Very poor customer service skills....especially Fred.

This customer called us to request work, we never solicited this client and they came to us of their own free will. We quoted the project and the customer agreed to the price. The work was completed properly and professionally to our high standards. Several weeks later the customer was brought to believe by others that they overpaid for the work. The customer contacted us to see if we would give back $200 from an $840 project. We explained our costs for material & labour and the project was completed upon agreed terms. Fred politely instructed this customer that there would be no refund and the job was priced properly. Obviously they were not satisfied with that answer, so they have created this mis-representation of the facts. This client is FALSELY accusing Rivalda Oaks Kitchens of overpricing for their own personal gain.

Kitchen cabintets for our renovation
The cabinets from Rivalda Oaks were really fantastic. All their cabinets are fairly traditional styles so if you're looking for something modern, this ain't the place. Great installation job as well. Only complaint was about follow up on a couple of small problems that they never got around to dealing with - had to go out and cut extra shelves to right size and get my own shelf holders because the extra shelves they sent were wrong size with not extra clips to put them in the cabinets.
