Having a young family, it's tough to get all the snow removed at good times. We hired Rosedale Snow Removal last year and it was one of the best decisions we made. As a pet owner I really appreciate that they offer an Environmental and pet friendly salting to clear ice! We're looking forward to the winter as we know we'll have more time to play in the snow than shovel it on our own. Thanks for the great service!

As someone who hates winter and the problems it brings to my drive way, Rosedale Snow Removal helped make that go away. The service was superb, I could have never have done a better job myself. Will definitely be using their service in the future.

Had to call long after every snow fall and did poor job when they did show up. Snow was piled up in front of doors that we needed access to. Bad experience overall.

We contracted to have snow removal after each snowfall rather than the normal 1 - 2". We had to call continuously throughout the winter to get any service, including a 3 day delay and persistent calls to get the snow cleared after the heaviest snowfall of the winter.

We signed Rosedale for the past 2 years to do our elderly parents house. We we're very happy with the service. They are reliable and provide great service. They even spead the salt my parents provided for them at no charge and gave us a seniors discount on our cost! I would recomend this company for anyone.

The only service this company seems competent at is taking money out of your pocket. They simply do not do their job. II wish I and my neighbors had seen the uniformly awful reviews of these scam artists before investing in their "service". Fortunately, through the diligence of our neighbor, there have been stop-payments on all remaining cheques. Do not use this company!

We hav had this company under name of Energy Snow Removal Services for 18 years. They service our 2 triplexes with 2 - 3 car garages and our nearby home, plus a 4 plex and duplex where our home shares driveway and 8 garage spots. In the last two years they have been terrible. (ROTTEN) Not fulfilling contracts non responsive to telephone calls or faxes. Don't shovel publc sidewalks piling snow in garage spots so there is no access. Driveways treacherous not properly shoveled, tenants often getting stuck in ridges that are left. It is so bad that a tenant next door threatening to sue landlord. People have fallen on public sidwalks. Neighbours across the road complain because Rosedale piles snow from our properties across their driveways. I have started shovling the public sidewalks and salting. Even with this effort on my part they don't touch the public sidewalk even if there is a dusting of snow after I've shovelled it. I've issued a statement of work for new snow removal services on behalf of all of the above properties as we don't want to be ripped off next season again and most important to provide a better level of services for our tenants and the high level of pedistrian traffic on our street

Rosedale Snow Removal is unreliable and does sub-standard, incomplete work. The office phone number is almost never answered, and leaving detailed messsage(s) on the voice mail is useless as no one ever calls back. They were contracted for the 2008-2009 winter season to plow a rear laneway and a side alleyway clear of snow (within 12 hours) after the end of each snowfall (totalling more than 1") in my neighbourhood (Wychwood/St. Clair Av. W. area). They came to plow after most of the 14 snow falls so far this season (as of Jan. 27, 2009), but didn't come after one or two of the snow falls. They plowed each time they came, but never down to the asphalt. As a result, the laneway traffic caused deep ruts to occur in the unplowed snow, which turned to ice and has made the laneway very difficult to navigate. Simply stated, they did not clear the snow that they contracted to clear. They've done a very poor job of plowing the rear laneway so far. Do not hire this company to do plowing nor any other type of maintainance on your property.

We payed them 1200 $....to have them around 7am, plus as soon as there is at least 1 inch of snow. basically, they come when it's not snowing anymore, so remove the snow yourself if you have to leave and it's still snowing...they never call you back to speak about your concern. For this price, I'm schocked... in our street we saw other companies coming very early, any day.
