Call them and approximately 1 Hour Jermaine arrived and got the bathroom sink drain extension replaced. Very well organized and professional. He cleaned up everything and took the garbage with him to dispose. Highly recommend if you need plumbing done.

Kitchen drain was plugged, David Guo was the technician. Arrived on time, took great care for social distancing and protective equipment and did an excellent job in solving the problem. Cleaned up after his work. Highly recommended.

This service fixed a long-standing problem with the drain that multiple previous plumbers had not been able to fix completely. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! The service provider was polite, professional and courteous.

Our hot water tank broke near the end of March and we were concerned to call someone into our home. We decided to call Roto-Rooter and from the minute they arrived we knew we were in good hands. Costa, Dylan and Andrew respected social distancing guidelines and all wore protective masks and gloves. They were able to replace and remove the old tank and clean the area on the same day. I am a senior citizen living in Toronto. I saw some roots growing around the mouth of the floor drain next to my furnace, caller Roto Rooter and asked them to scan the drain with their camera to determine where the roots were coming in and whether the drain was broken. Mike showed up and said it was impossible to scope the drain without excavating and removing the 3" ABS p-trap because the camera couldn't pass through it. A workman came, excavated the perfectly good p-trap then said that their camera found no defectets in the drain except for the few roots that were growing through some gaps in the basement floor around the entry to the p-trap. He installed a new p-trap and repaired the concrete floor around it. The entire job took 4 hours and cost me $2,463 I later called two other Toronto drain repair companies who assured me that for around $400 they could camera inspect the drain without removing the p-trap. I called Roto Rooter head office and complained about having been overcharged for unnecessary work and they reduced the price to $2,063.

We had a clogged drain, I called this morning around 6 am, David told me Christopher would arrive between 8 and 10 am, and they'd call a little in advance. David called me back, and Christopher arrived around 9:15. He quickly cleared the clogged drain. As we were discussing the causes and preventions of such things, I mentioned our slow flush toilet. He kindly checked it out (it was actually clogged), then unclogged it. He noticed a potential issue for the future and we discussed troubleshooting for that problem, too. He was very helpful. An hour and a half and water was flowing freely again.

We had a backup and basement flood over the weekend with the heavy rains. Called Roto Rooter visited and sorted us out. Very professional and explained everything clearly. Took the time to show what the problem was on video (roots in the sewage pipe), used the snake cutter and double-checked to make sure job was done right. Showed me again at the end so I could verify all was well. Also gave a head's up re: risks going forward and potential solutions. Very highly recommended. Thanks.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and we tried everything before calling Roto Rooter. The office promptly sent Mike within 30 minutes of my call and he was absolutely amazing. Professional, courteous and respectful, he kept us up-to-date on what he was doing and why he was doing it and the next steps in what was required to keep our drains flowing smoothly.

These guys were the silver lining in an otherwise crappy situation (no pun intended). Jorden responded quickly, identified the problem right away, showed and explained it to us, and his crew was here the next day to start. They all worked really hard until the job was done. They were clean, efficient, and took all the debris and garbage with them when they finished. The job even ended up being a little under the estimate!

My tub faucet just started leaking out of nowhere. Went to turn the handle & it was broken. It was in the evening so I went out & purchased a replacement. Came home & requested service online for the next morning. Called the next morning, they couldn’t find my order but the problem was easy to explain. I requested Tony, he’d fixed my toilet the year before & did a great job. Tony was able to come within an hour. He was really fast, changed the cartridge & replaced the handle. He also explained that because it was a Moen, if I took the old cartridge to Home Depot, they’d exchange it free for a new one. So helpful, thanks again Tony!
