Good quality and on time. No hiccups and is better than we anticipated. Would recommend them for sure

We had been trying to have a deck built for a couple of years. We have a full walkout and knew the deck would be costly. We would meet with contractors but never had the comfort level to move forward. We then called Royal Decks out of the blue and met Miro. From there we knew at least we had the right contractor. Miro was very responsive, flexible, helpful, no pressure and eager to please. He would work up a design, provide a 3D rendition without charge. He puts in the effort in the hope of getting your business but does't charge. Big difference. We worked for weeks on a design together and he took our suggestions and worked with them. We went back and forth on products as the cost is not low, but I knew you get what you pay for. Once the design was complete the process of getting a permit and everything in order was in progress. Miro was always honest and fair during the process. Harley was the carpenter on site. If you like your contractor you can't go wrong and we really took to Harley. He cares about what he does and how he does it. This is who he is and he takes ultimate pride in his work. We even made changes during the contraction and Miro and Harely were very accommodating as they want you happy. The end product was perfect and we are extremely happy. Even after paying and a piece of wood had a slight crack (natural for cedar railings) without a question it was immediately replaced. By the way the decking is composite and perfect. We even ran out of stain for the railings and on a Saturday one of Miros's staff delivered a gallon. He could have had us come to the shop but he delivered it as he wanted to do another inspection. Wow. I will definitely go to Royal decks for any future work and highly recommend their services. This is coming from someone who is very picky and rarely happy. Alan and Lucie

Miro is his own best brand. Within minutes of our first meeting, I knew that we would use his company to replace our old deck. His ideas were in line with ours. Miro answers phone calls and emails promptly. His crew are hard working and organized, and get along with other on site contractors. The work was completed in a timely manner, on budget and to our satisfaction.

The Royal Decks team built us an awesome low-rise composite deck, stone island with quartz counter top for a built-in BBQ and an overhead roof shelter that matched with the materials on our house. We couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out! Miro, Steve and the team were professional, courteous and flexible with accommodating all of the details that we requested and they had excellent ideas for the project. We can't wait to work on the next part of our dream backyard with Royal Decks. Thanks again!!

I have royal decks remove my old pressure treated deck and install a larger cedar deck. If i say they did a fantastic job it would not be enough as the work is impeccable. I have used many decking companies previously as well as contractors. This is one of the most professional contractors with high quality I have seen. They had time tables and provided me the information on exactly when they will be coming to remove the old deck and when the wood arrives etc. The quality on this deck is incredible and I have all my friends and neighbors asking who installed it and want their information. Would high recommend them.

I can't tell you enough how thrilled I was with the craftsmanship. The deck exceeded my expectations. Miro, Steve and the rest of the staff were a pleasure to deal with. They always kept me apprised of the status of the project. They were courteous, responsive and reasonably priced. They came up with wonderful suggestions that made the deck look even better than what I had imagined. They definitely know their stuff! I would recommend them in a heartbeat and would absolutely go to them again for their expertise. This was a wonderful customer experience and definitely a top notch company.

I am very happy with the final result of my project. I feel the composite material for the deck was the smart choice. The spiral staircase, and railings make a great look. The Royal decks team was great. Starting early every day and accommodating other contractors working in the backyard. The only complaint was from the neighbors about cleanup after putting in the fence. The team came back to do more cleanup and everyone was satisfied with the result.
