We needed a new mattress and shopped all around. We stopped in at Sleep Country and noticed the price difference right away. Very prompt service as well. We were greeted by a salesman right away and he showed us different types of mattresses for the different positions we sleep on. It's been 6 years and our mattress is still as firm as ever! We love our bed!

Wanted to buy new twin mattress. The sales was nice. I keep hearing my friends about being able to lower the price. Maybe it's me, but I couldn't get the sales to budge on the price. I ended up buying it anyways because I needed a new mattress.

The store is very clean, neat & tidy. There was alot of selection of product at different price points. The salesperson was very helpful without being pushy. He answered all our questions efficiently and we were able to try out the mattresses in-store to test for comfort. It was nice there was a small play area with toys for our pre-schooler to hang out at. Delivery of the bed was fast & efficient, as with the set-up. The delivery men were helpful & friendly. And it was great they wore covers for their shoes, too!

We had to buy a new mattress for our son - it had been a while and the mattress was getting really old. We wanted something that would suffice but not "break the bank". We ended up at Sleep Country - the salesman was very pleasant and asked us a lot of questions. We had our son try out several mattresses to find one that was both comfortable and reasonably priced. When we settled on the purchase we arranged for delivery. The next Monday they arrived with mattress in tow - covered completely in plastic which was good as it was raining. The workers put booties over their shoes not to dirty the floor and set up the new mattress in my son's bedroom. They also took the old one for disposal - which is great savings and time saver. Great experience. PS - they also provided my son with a "stuffed sheep". Loved it!

Sleep country is one of the worst companies I've dealt with. The sales people are extreamly rude and do not care about their customers. They always past you off to another person as you were not their customer originally. The customer service at head office is impossible to get hold of. This is a company that takes your money and runs with it. They don't care about their customers. STILL waiting for my refund...day 20 now and going. Save yourself the grief AVOID THIS COMPANY"!!

Sleep Country is my first choice when I was thinking about buying a new mattress. The mattress we bought from Sleep Country is very comfortable. It is not very soft, either too hard. It's hard to describe how the best feel is. I could say I feel energetisc after I sleep on this mattress for just 5 hours.

I had a good experience. The staff were knowledgeable about the products. The delivery was great. They also set up the mattresses for us and did a great job with the clean up. I was satisfied with my purchase and the service. I would recommend them.

The service is fantastic. They have what you want to buy in stock unlike other stores. Was able to have the new set delivered the next day, rather than waiting almost a week at another store.

I found Sleep Country's selection of mattresses exceptional. They have the widest selection of natural latex mattresses in Edmonton. It was a one-stop wonder. The staff were very knowledgable and helpful.
