The salespeople were helpful without being pushy. My wife and I went in knowing which mattress we wanted (external research), but still wanted to see the other models. The salespeople let us browse without being pushy or stalker-ish. They didn't try to push other more expensive models, and in fact gave us a discount. A super-awesome King sized mattress was one of our "big" purchases. We were both students for so long that buying anything bigger than a movie ticket seems like a luxury, and is always nerve-wracking to put down that much money at once. But the salesperson we dealt with was friendly, and didn't make us feel uncomfortable at all. We got the mattress we wanted without the "used car salesman' vibe.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and very accomodating. There was a great selection of products and they were reasonably priced. The delivery service was excellent. They came when they were suppose to. They were very quick and efficient with the installation. I am very satisfied with the product and service!

After splurging on a new mattress, the last thing I wanted was to find out that our new "comfortable" mattress wasn't as comfortable as we expected. Although we weren't supposed to be able to return our mattress according to the Sleep Country Comfort Guarantee (we purchased an as-is demo mattress), Sleep Country went out of their way to make sure that our mattress was comfortable and offered to exchange our mattress for a more comfortable one. The re-selection process was easy, hassle-free and most importantly, we finally ended up with a bed that we were able to finally get a good night's sleep on. Sleep Country exceeded my expectations; I would not only shop there again, but would also recommend to anyone looking for a new bed!! Rest assured that you will end up with an exceptionally comfortable bed!

On the advice of friends, we went to this Sleep Country store, looking to replace a Queen mattress set. Their selection was excellent, and the staff very knowledgeable about the products from various manufacturers. We were able to take our time, testing the various options. We found a good range of pricing and mattress styles to choose from. Our new mattress set was delivered on time, by employees who were careful and considerate of our home. Even better, we did have to take advantage of their no-hassle exchange policy, and found it to be just that.....no hassle. They have earned our future business.

was looking for a good deal. didnt wanna pay full price. found a mix and match deal as seen on tv. was a good deal. but may have gotten a better deal at the BAY outlet at woodbine mall. but the service here was great

we found the staff very helpful.they welcome you when you walk in the door they are very friendly.The store is very clean the dicounts are great the beds are good. I injoy going in there they let you look around before they say can i help you but they are there for any ? you may have .

Had to shop on the price a bit, but they held my product with a down pymt. and in the end they mathc the Brick's price without a lot of pressure.

They Delivered and set up and which was great!!! When there was a problem they had some one out right away to fix the problem. There customer was awesome, because I actually got a person to talk to and not a machine.

Went in to buy a mattress and needed it delivered fast. The sales rep was very happy to answer my questions and show me the different brands they had in store. Ended up getting great help and my mattress came in two days later. Great and fast service.

While I didn't find a great variety of mattresses to choose from at their store location, they were great at helping to figure out what would work best for me and fit my budget. They were very helpful.
