    Roof Leak

    After the rain storm I found I had a leak in my garage. After calling multiple companies that either 1. didnt answer, 2. dont service caledon, ro 3. just plain rude, Bob was more than happy to help me out as soon as I was available. The office was very professional and Bob was very personable. After a half hour he fixed two of the three issues (third being for a window installer). If I have another roofing issue he will hear from me. Thanks Bob!

    Roof, Skylight and gutters

    Bob was very helpful from the beginning to the finish of the job. Their entire team Igor, Nick and Bob all were very efficient and thorough. They did the entire roof, changed the skylight and put in new gutters (eaves and down pipes). They took good care in protecting the walkways and the shrubs by spreading protecting sheets and the after clean up was great. Would highly recommend their services to anyone.

    Smart Roofing Inc

    We recently had our shingles replaced by Smart Roofing Inc. We are very pleased with the quality of work and their attention to clean-up of debris, etc. The roof specialist, Bob was attentive to our concerns, patient and very friendly.     Sept 2020 Shingle & Vents Removal & Replace

    Excellent service. Bin arrived day prior to the job, removed the morning after. The job was completed in one day, shingles removed and replaced, new vents and flashing, did a great job cleaning up the property afterwards. We were very pleased with the service.

    Roof and Eavestrough

    Excellent service all around! The salesperson was patient and helpful. The roofing and eaves contractors were both professional and courteous. Turn around time from putting a deposit and the work being completed was quick. Would highly recommended.

    Roof & Skylights redone in the Upper Beaches

    Our house is a century-old bungalow in the Upper Beaches that had a roof that had seen better days. there were multiple layers of shingles on it as well a shed in the back that we share with our neighbours that had 3 layers of old shingles on it. We have two big skylights in the kitchen and one of them had a small but persistent leak, so they also needed to be replaced. Within minutes of reaching out, Bob contacted us right away and arranged to come by to give us a quote. He arrived on time and was professional and friendly. Communication with their administration was easy and we were kept updated on the process. The team that showed up to do the were polite, respectful and hardworking (despite very high temperatures) and did a good job making sure that everything was cleaned up properly. The job cost almost exactly what the quote was (we did have some older boards that needed replacing due to rot, but we had been told in advance what that cost would be if it arose, so no surprises there.) Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend Smart Roofing.

    Roof

    We had a roof installed in 2009. Over the past several years we have had a few shingles each year fall off in one section of roof and they were replaced with no issues. Two years ago I brought up the fact that we were going to be off warranty and that I wanted the section of roof fixed instead of just replacing shingles. I was told not to worry about the warranty as they would continue to come and replace the shingles. Today Bob told me that while they would provide the singles for free they would be charging labor as we were off warranty. I should have insisted in getting the agreement in writing but my experience up to this point had been very positive so I didn't pursue it. So buyer beware, if you have issues down the line make sure you get everything in writing.

We are happy to provide ongoing repair services for our customers after the warranty period stated on the contract has expired; however, there is a small labour charge for on site visits beyond the contractually agreed upon material and labour guarantee; shingles are provided at no cost to the customer. The labour and materials are covered fully during the warranty period, as stated on the signed contract. The option for an extended warranty was not purchased with the contract. We ask for understanding as these terms are listed on the agreement and we take pride in providing quality workmanship and repairs and strive for the satisfaction of our customers. We would be happy to forward the manufacturer’s information if you would like to follow up with them as you do still have manufacturer’s guarantee on the product. Best Regards, Smart Roofing Inc.

    Shigles, soffits, fascia, eaves troughs - the whole thing!

    Bob came out to take our order and gave good advice on what we needed. The $ estimate was slightly higher than others but we decided to go with SMART and we're so glad we did. Staff were on time, efficient and highly skilled. We were surprised by some of their extra finishing touches that now make our house stand out from the crowd. Thanks for the terrific job. We will absolutely recommend you to others!

    Roof repair

    Called them back out for a leak in our roof. Flat roof done in 2008. They came right away and fixed the problem. Would definitely recommend this company for any type of roofing requirements. They definitely stand behind there workmanship. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Mario is the best

    roof replacement

    As a result of a recent roof leak, I contacted Smart roofing for a quote to replace the shingles and eaves. This was urgently needed as winter was coming. The job commenced within a week of contacting them,,and completed in two days.
