I would highly recommend this company. The finished project turned out even better than i imagined and price was entirely reasonable. Product, service and installation were all excellent! Will definitely use them again!

I have had this company do separate projects for me and both turned out on time, on budget and exceeded my expectations. Love that they build at their shop and then just show up and install efficiently. I would recommend Superiour Closets wholeheartedly!

We are pleased to be able to write our third review for this company. Once again, Joseph, one of the owners, designed a closet to fit into one of our bedrooms to compliment the other one that he built in the same room in October, 2017. This time he suggested a different colour of wood to compliment the other one in the room. It works perfectly and creates a very dramatic effect! The craftsman that Joseph sent to do the work was pleasant, hard-working and very skilled. He was also very respectful of us and our condo and was careful with our belongings and with making as little noise as possible and with cleaning up the clutter before he left. We think that Joseph’s company is perfectly named as Superior Closets because that is exactly what you get... superior closets! We are thrilled with all three closet installations from Joseph and his team at Superior Closets - they are unique to each room that they are in, the colours and stains blend perfectly and compliment each decor, and we have received many positive comments on them from family and friends. We were looking for a built in unit by the entrance nook to organize our shoes and other knick knack items, we decided to work with Superior Closets because of their high rating and close proximity to us. Joseph came to our house for the consultation and measurements, he provided the drawings and quote within a couple of days, he was very professional and patient with our many questions, he made time for us to visit their showroom to review the colors of the finish and hardware styles, and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. On the day of installation, William was very efficient, he completed the job within a few hours and did a great job cleaning up the area. The build in unit was exactly what we had hoped for, the spacing of shelves within the unit was just the right amount for our shoes and knick knacks. We will definitely use Superior Closets again if we have other storage needs in the future.

Joseph was our initial point of contact and immediately inspired confidence. He really listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions without being pushy or without over-ruling what we explicitly requested: 1) a wall of simple bookshelves that look built-in for a home study/library, and 2) floor-to-ceiling storage cabinets for coats and shoes to create a very small mudroom with maximized storage space--all with a clean, minimalistic, modern look. Joseph also did not try to up-sell us and instead counselled us to install one wall of shelving and then add more later, if needed. We have a ton of books, and our impulse was to add more shelves, but he wisely advised us to maintain as much floor space as possible and assured us he could come back if we needed more shelves later. We appreciated Joseph's experience and eye for design. Superior Closets offered flexibility and incorporated hardware we provided ourselves which matched our other cabinetry. Superior Closets also proved to be highly respectful of our time, which is important to us. They are prompt, efficient in scheduling, and on-time in installation, and most importantly, they did not necessitate a trip to a distant showroom nor require having both spouses present for design services (another company we tried to work with insisted on these points and it proved a prohibitive step for us due to work/travel schedules). We also appreciated the excellent communication and follow-up from Shannon in the main office, who handled the scheduling and payments. Installers handled the project with meticulous professionalism, protected our floors with drop cloths, and left the work area tidy and free of dust. We are very happy with the smooth experience--and the appearance and functionality of our new bookshelves and mudroom storage. Highly recommend!

We first did a walk-in closet with Joseph. Advice was spot on and the execution was great, so when it came time to do two more closets we called him up again. The design was great again, William was very careful and quick installing, and the result was perfect. We highly recommend Joseph, a gentleman!

Joseph came in and helped us with interior organizers in bedrooms and linen closets. He was able to come up with a plan quickly and give us pro advises just looking at the space so that I didn’t have to worry. He knows the stuff. I was quite happy with their service, he is nice to talk to and Shannon gives quick follow ups. Job is done on time as agreed and although the units are not inexpensive, they came in beautifully. Nice people and great pleasure to have worked with them!
