Walk-in Closets
I don't do this often but I feel compelled to because of the exceptional service and professionalism I received from Joseph (Superior Closets). I received Joseph's number from a guy at work (referrals are the best). After discussing with Joseph over the phone, I realized he had a very high level/standard of customer service/care. This was further solidified in when he came to our house for a consultation. Joseph only put forth his opinion after listening to what my wife and I really wanted. He is extremely flexible to work with (not all companies are). Within a couple of weeks, the installer was at our home. The installer (William) was extremely professional, clean and efficient with his time. We are extremely happy with the work provided by Superior Closets and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family! Joseph, it was truely a pleasure working with you.

Closet organizers for entire house
After 10 years in our home we decided to invest some money to help upgrade the interior. The first on our list was closet organizer for all the closets in the home. I looked on Homestars and expressed my interest in a quote. Yair was one of the first to respond and we arranged to meet at my home so he could look at the closets and provide suggestions. He arrived at our home and was very pleasant to deal with right from the get go. We walked through the closets and expressed what we wanted to see as a finished product and he made suggestions along the way. He made an excellent suggestion for my mud room which we did not do at this time but will definitely be considering later on down the road. He did not pressure us at all to make a decision as I asked him to get back to me with drawings and a quote which he did in a couple of days. He and Kate were very accommodating in answering my questions and making changes as I reviewed. Yair even came out a second time to walk me through to help me visualize what the product would look like installed. Yair was a pro all the way. We scheduled the work which was done professionally and beautifully all in one day. Yair even let me borrow some portable racks to store my clothes on while the work was being done. My rule of thumb is to get three quotes for all work I do and price is not always a determining factor. Yair's price was fair however his professionalism and his expertise is what made me decide to go with him. I trust him completely and will be working with him again in the future for my mud room and for window coverings.

Fabulous Condo closets
Joseph was a pleasure to work with. His professional approach to the work and the excellent customer service made the whole process seamless from start to finish. I made some small adjustments for extra shoes (of course) and he accommodated them easily and didn't adjust the price at all. I would highly recommend them and have, in fact, told some friends and family who will be using Superior closets. I couldn't be happier.

Custom Closets for Front Hall & Master Bdrm
We HIGHLY recommend Yair and his team for any custom closets and mirrors! We really did our research and had 5 different companies come in to provide plans and quotes for us. Yair's flexibility for custom measurements without drastically increasing the cost, ability to do mirrors in the closets as well, and the fact that he wouldn't rip out our baseboards made the difference for us. We couldn't be happier with the work he and his team provided. We LOVE our new closets and will do more with him in the future.

Condo Renovation
It was a pleasure dealing with Joseph on this project. He designed all 5 of the closets inserts for my new condo. Not only was he a pleasure to deal with, but promptly installed them on schedule with a great price. This was the second time I have used them and would not hesitate to call them for any future jobs.

3rd floor bedroom closet space reno
Professional and easy to work with. Extremely pleased with the end results - transformed a 3rd floor landing and two dormer window areas into a large luxury closet space with efficient use of available space. They were able to work with us on design and sketches to produce a result that was better than we envisioned. Also flexible with us on timing working around our bathroom contractors who were completing work in the same area. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic product and service
Joseph, Sarah and their team of installers were amazing from the get go. Joseph was patient, helpful and full of ideas how to best make some of our challenging closets work for us. In the end we did 10 of 12 closets in our house and i couldn't be happier. The customer service and details we received from Sarah in the office was fantastic. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone needing to do their closets. thanks so much for organizing my mess. regards

Storage cupboard & closet installation
We downsized from a house to a condo last year and found that we didn't have enough storage space. Joseph from Superior Closets came to our condo and, after hearing about our requirements, made drawings of his suggestions for one bedroom, a den/office, and a large hall closet. He sent his drawings to us shortly after his visit and we were pleased that he had captured very well what we had in mind. We paid him a visit at Superior Closets as a follow-up, to answer our questions, see examples of his work, and choose the materials and styles that we liked. In this process, Joseph demonstrated his knowledge of design as well as craftsmanship and made many recommendations that were very helpful to us. He sent us follow-up drawings so that we could finalize all the details, and he set a date for installation about a month later. The job was expected to take a day and a half. The Superior Closet builders that Joseph sent to do the job were very skilled, worked very quickly, completed the job on time, left their work space perfectly clean, and were respectful and pleasant to deal with throughout. The finished product was outstanding in every way. The closets were beautiful to look at, the craftsmanship was truly exemplary, and they were a long-awaited answer to our storage problems! We are extremely pleased with the whole process as well as the end result and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joseph and the Superior Closets' team. We were also very pleased by the administrative service that Sarah in the office provided to go along with the building plans. She was extremely competent and pleasant In all of our dealings.

Excellent !!!
I am absolutely amazed with the design they came up with for this small (58” x 53”) master bedroom walk-in closet. They replied to my inquiry the same day with a drawing, quote and a visit by Yaris for final measurements and drawer options. Within one week the organizer was installed leaving no mess. Yaris and his customer service team do a great job commicating with you every step of the way and follow up the day after installation to make sure you are satisfied.

Closet and sliding door installations
This is the 3rd time I have used Superior Closets. The work was done on time and exactly as promised. The quality of the work is excellent. I would highly recommend this company.
