I had contacted 2 other companies prior to finding Superior Closets. Both were pretty good, good reviews, but the one company put down the other company and while it is good information to know different ways of working, it never sounds good to the customer. One also tried to talk me into a murphy bed in a very small room. Anyway, I found Superior here on Homestars and really liked the reviews. Then I emailed dimensions and request for quote and spoke with Joseph. He was great, so professional but also very detailed and he was quick to communicate. All 3 designed similar closets but Joseph really explained everything. I went into their small showroom office and liked that I wasn't paying for a grand retail space, just the basics. Joseph didn't try to talk me into anything and even said that the white (which was the most inexpensive) would really look the best. I put down deposit on the 2 closets and new mirror sliding doors. Joseph also needed to come out and measure to be absolutely sure. Then it was scheduled for Dec (6 weeks) a bit longer than we wanted, but we had to have the floor installed and old closet parts removed and repainted. Communication was always quick and Joseph or Sara were available as I had asked if any possibility of earlier install, unfortunately not. I also had them quote another small job but decided not to proceed (not because of them we decided to keep what we had)The day before the install Joseph called to remind and to ensure all was still on plan. I wasn't able to be there but had a lockbox for the installers to use. When I arrived that evening I was so happy with the results. Everything was beautiful and just as planned. My husband was also really pleased with the result. And Joseph was right, the white really made the room seem brighter. I highly recommend Superior Closets and Joseph and would definitely work with them again if I need any other work. I also will say this was the one project that went perfectly in my overall renovation so thank you Joseph for making this easy and doing exactly what you said, on time and excellent workmanship.
