    Custom Made Retail Wardrobe Unit

    Stumbled across Superior Closets by simply Googling the key words "custom wardrobe Toronto." I'd sent an email inquiry - which received a response immediately - and a month or so later I'd dropped by in person. I was greeted warmly - a firm hand shake with a jovial smile from Joseph, and kind hellos from Sarah and the team. I'd then explained what I'd wanted (I made a sketch) and then Joseph built on my idea, swiftly sketching what my wardrobe will look like (and it looks just like his sketch!). I wasn't delivered a sales pitch, I was made to feel comfortable like an old friend, guided and given excellent advice regarding my wardrobe. Joseph honed the sketch to my satisfaction, and came over a day later to take measurements of the walls on which my wardrobe would be built upon. I'd received an excellent price (within my budget), wonderful advice, and expedient service. I cannot complain, I cannot. Also: the installers came on time, were very pleasant, and did a stellar job! I highly recommend Superior Closets and Mirrors Ltd.

    Closet Organization

    What can I say about Joseph and his company, Superior Closets & Mirrors? Well, they provide the best service available and the finished product is always outstanding. Simple and effective designs, a good price and very fast & efficient service. This is the 4th closet organizer that Joseph and his team have installed. It transformed a drab, cluttered laundry room into a bright and usable space. I'm beyond satisfied.

    Great Solutions at a Great Price

    We just moved into a historic home and were trying to coordinate a number of trades, Yair was pleasant, patient and professional. It took us some time to narrow down our closet doors and closet solutions, but Yair came back more than once, had samples and was super efficient, and the end product was right on point. With every wall and floor completely uneven, almost 2" in some places, we got a custom job for a great price.

    Custom-fitted Entrance and Master Bedroom Closets

    We are delighted with our 2 new closets. The quality of the units and service of Yair and the installers is outstanding. Yair was quick to understand our needs and made expert free-hand drawings at our estimate. He was polished and flexible in securing our business on the spot so we did not have to worry about whether another company wanted our business and would call us back. Delivery and installation of the units were as promised. Yair himself came promptly to repair a small problem post-installation to my satisfaction. After we had paid in full, I expressed interest in adding a shoe shelf to the entrance closet. Yair quickly offered to include this item in the project for no extra charge and went above and beyond by arriving to install it himself within a couple of days. Yair is truly a gentleman and is genuinely concerned that his customers satisfied with all aspects of the design and installation process. In short, we are very satisfied customers and are pleased to attest to the excellence of Yair as a businessman, and to the quality of the product.

    Fantastic Service, Great Product

    I cannot recommend Superior Closets enough. They did all the closets in our home as well as the pantry and mud room. They were on time, offered valuable insight in the design and the after sales service is phenomenal. I changed my mind after the pantry and mud room closet was installed. They were there within 24 hours of my request for modifications to an already installed unit. Yair is the best! He patiently went through how I wanted to redesign the interiors of the unit and went ahead and made the changes - all with a smile and no hesitation. Their work is great, there is attention to detail and they stand behind their product and their name. They come back to fix even the smallest of things at no charge and with a graciousness that is rare these days. Thank you, Yair! Thank you, Superior Closets!.

    Excellent closets and service

    Our condo wire closet shelves were past their prime and lacked the space and organization we needed. My father-in-law had his closets installed by Superior Closets so gave us a recommendation. Yair came and measured for what we needed, too only 30 minutes or so. We told him the kind of items we had and what we needed to store. He made suggestions for mine and my wife's closet, as we both needed slightly different layouts. Yair sketched out a layout plan there and then. He also suggested a layout for our entry hall coat closet that worked well. The next steps were to visit the showroom and pick out the fixtures, handles, etc. We then made a few slight tweaks to the plans with Yair and put down a deposit. On the day of installation, the fitters JoJo and John were on time, courteous, worked fast and cleaned up very well. The closets look and function great -- we should have done this years ago! Yair said if we need to alter the shelving spaces to just give him and call and they'll come back to help. Also has a lifetime warranty. Highly recommended company and service level!

    Fantastic Custom Closet

    We were nearing the end of a major house renovation and reached out to Superior Closets for a custom closet in our new master bedroom. It was one of the easiest tasks in our entire renovation! Yair measured the closet space and asked specific questions about our needs. We met with him about a week later at his office and he had a design ready for us. It was perfect and we didn't change a thing (except for an upgrade on the thickness of the wood). The closet was installed and upon seeing it, we felt it was too tight for the space, where we were trying to keep an open and airy feel. No problem! Yair had the installer return and he moved one section to another closet, and both closets are now perfect. Even our general contractor was impressed with the service, the installer, and the job in general. We are completely happy with the design, the quality, and the service received from Yair. We absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a custom closet design. Thanks Yair!

    Fast Turnaround for our Closet Emergency

    Yair and his team were excellent. Our old cheap, basic condo closet wire rack fell putting us in a tight spot. I guess it was fate telling us to upgrade finally to a proper closet. They were able to squeeze us in and get the job done good and quick. From the sketch to adjusting the design as per our wishlist, a lot of thought was put into a beautiful final product. Our new reach-in closet is fantastic. In a future phase, we're opening up the height and adding new sliding doors which they will be able to do for us. Superior Closet's expertise and consideration for future plans was key in committing to Superior Closets as our built-in choice. Thank you!!!

    closet renovation

    Joseph understood what i wanted immediately, designed it, priced it, booked an install date and it was done! Easy as pie. It looks great! The installation team was polite and efficient and went above and beyond. Left the site spotless as well.
