Tony and his crew were efficient and professional. Tony gave great advice and answered all my questions.

Noticed some shingles had blown off the roof. Called Taves roofing and their guy responded promptly. Fixed the problem, pointed out some concerns and things to keep an eye on, very professional, very helpfull and much appreciated.

Tony responded within hours to my request and was on site the next day looking into and resolving my concern. At the same time he asked if I had any other issues with the roof. I pointed out an area where it was dripping on the stairs and he looked after this item. Very happy with the quick service and Tonys assistance.

Highly recommend! I was so impressed with Tony from Taves Roofing. He is honest, helpful, and worked with my schedule. I would 100% recommend Tony to friends and family . My 80 year old mother was taken advantage of by another roofing company and they did questionable work that Tony helped inspect to make sure it would not leak. He also did a general inspection of the roof/chimney for any other issues, completed fixes to make sure it would not leak, fixed our flashing, and identified a raccoon ruining our shingles problem we were not aware of.

TAVES' s Tony provided a great handholding of the process along the way, and the gentlemen on the roof were pros. The work got done well and expediently and on time. Been nothing but please with the whole experience.

Tony with Taves roofing inspected my torch on roof in relation to a minor issue. Taves Roofing installed my torch on roof several years ago and this fell under the warranty coverage. Tony was very prompt in returning my call and attended my place a few days later. Issue resolved to my satisfaction. Highly recommend them. Professional, reliable and reasonable rates.

Taves Roofing did excellent work both replacing our very badly installed 8 year old roof that was leaking and retro-fitting a ridge vent that the developer neglected to install. The new ridge vent has made a significant difference in the heat and humidity in the house and we no longer have water coming through the roof! There were many challenges with the previous poor work, plus the house is 3 stories high on a very narrow lot with close neighbours, so access is difficult and dangerous. Tony was clear about costs and warranties, and both he and the foremen for the work, made sure we were very happy. Everything was cleaned up and put back properly afterwards. The difference between our new properly installed quality roof and venting, and the original slapped on by the developer, is significant. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys put in a torch on and neglected to plan for the future or even the present water load. We have two scuppers for about 900sq feet and the roof has the predictable sag in the middle which is totally expected for a flat roof. Our foundation shows no cracks and there are no cracks in drywall in the house from shifting. The scuppers are too high to allow for flow into the drains so water covers THE ENTIRE ROOF and sometimes a couple inches in depth if a leaf covers the barely working scupper. Did I mention we are down to one functioning scupper because they didn't measure the slope? The scupper was left too high and the layers of torch on made a lip at the entrance that prevents water flow. When the estimator came back a couple times he told us the scuppers were lowered and they wouldn't go any lower. Another company said the scuppers can go down a few inches easily. And when we suggested we would pay for part of the cost of going back and fixing the scuppers they are not interested in taking responsibility for their lack of foresight and seem quite patronizing about our situation. The owner never even came out to see what the deal is so you can tell how interested they are in fixing their mistake. And don't get me started on the exposed caulking around the seams around the chimney and the cap that's not torched and the flashing that's too short.
