    Doors and Windows - Reasonable Pricing

    Got a quote to do a retrofit of the windows in front. They were nearly half the price of other quotes we received so we were a little apprehensive about using them. That said, we wanted to give them a shot so we had them replace our front door with a more energy efficient one. We were so pleased with the workmanship and install process we decided to go ahead with the window install. They did all our windows and after some back and forth on some minor deficiencies they came back and fixed we are very pleased with the result. The thermal and sound performance of our windows is like night and day and it completely changed the look of our facade. The performance of the doors and windows even helped us qualify for the Enbridge rebate. Best investment we made to our home to date

    Windows and doors

    I had 26 new windows and fiberglass door installed for the front of my house this July 2019. Brian Mintz met with me and discussed my needs and the products and met me a second time to see the door in person. The windows are much better than my previous builder windows and the door is a work of decor art. The installation was done perfectly and fast and cleaned up by the end of day by an amazing crew of efficient and hard workers. Once my stucco is done the house will look brand new! Thank you Thermo Bilt! Strongly recommend them.

    My new windows

    Thanks for your great service. I appreciate you provided and installed windows on time, we had difficulty with master bedroom windows insulation but installer gave me idea and helped me to fix it . Special thanks Leon!

    Home window installation

    We received great support from Danny during the sales portion of our window purchase. Leo and the install team wereamazing as well. They were fast, clean, courteous, and did quality work. You have a great product and great professional service.

    Unhappy and worried

    I had my windows replaced last year, two of them liked and you can feel The air coming trough, very much right after the Installation big rain and water started filling the window Chanel , I called and the company,but never hear from them, I send them pictures and also called the sales person,and he sent me an explanation and pretty much said that this is normal, the rest of my windows are fine , but they do not take Responsibility for the two faulty products, any one know , how to proceed with this kind of issues?

    We are sorry to hear that you are having problems. The windows installed in your home are Most Efficient Energy Star that were approved by the Government Green Ontario Program. These windows are CSA approved and do not leave the factory until they are inspected. The photos that were sent by the customer to us showed condensation, which is an indication of the humidity level in the home and not a problem with windows. Slider style of windows have a bottom drainage system that is designed to redirect any water that gets in through the screen, outside of the house. It is also important that the window be closed properly. It was our understanding that the Sales Representative explained this to the client and because we have not since been contacted by the client, we were led to believe that all issues had been solved.     Replacement of 30 year old windows and patio doors

    The crew did a fantastic job with our home. They worked fast, askedof nothing in return and cleaned up very well. Love the new look of our windows and frames. This is the second time with this company and we had a great experience since we keep calling them back for our other homes. Thanks TBW and the representative Barry L for ensuring our complete satisfaction with our project.

    New Windows - GreenON - Triple Pane Energy Efficent

    Full House Windows and Patio Door Installation

    Thank you to Thermo-Bilt and Consultant Barry for a wonderful experience! We placed the order in the fall of last year, the estimated delivery and installation went according to plan. The crew was very professional and worked very efficiently and swiftly even given the very cold weather conditions. We are now enjoying our beautiful new Windows and Patio Garden Doors, and we feel the difference in our home! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional, courteous and experienced team to complete the project for you. Thank you!

    Outstanding window replacement

    Thermo-Bilt you have not contacted me, i have had to call you every time as recent at today February 9, 2018. And still not sensible response to how you intend to resolve this issue. I had 3 windows replace in my home in December 2016. One of the 3 windows was not installed properly, ThermorB acknowledge this fault and promised to replace my window. As of today, January 2018 Thermo B has still not replaced my window. I have cold air coming into my room and i have 2 babies. My Renovation was completed to all the rooms, BEFORE WE GOT THE NEW WINDOWS INSTALLED. 2nd point to note: We have been trying to get this issue resolve since December 2016. At this point I am truly disappointed at the Business response. Only when we started posting our complaint online that Thermo B has decided to RESPOND TO OUR COMPLAINTS. I am deeply sadden by this business lack of professionalism and disregards for us as customer. On March 5, 2018 I was informed by Thermo B that I have to wait until a specific installer (R) returns from vacation before the window can be replaced - R U Kidding me!!! Finally, on March 27 the special installer showed up to install a window and told us that the window he has will not match the other windows to the front of the home and we will have to schedule another appointment for them to have the grills done to the window. We asked them to please get the correct window that we initially ordered and have it done properly or kindly give us a refund of our money. I waited for a response and today April 17 when we called we were told that they will not be installing the windows and we will have to install the window ourselves. At this point I am truly frustrated and disappointed, after we have waited so long, since December 2016, and tried to work with this business this is the way they choose to thank us for being so kind and patience. Please be aware of this company, I would not like for anyone else to have to go through this horrible experience.

    Doors and windows

    After so a rigid canvassing of a reliable company to do my front door and windows finally got in touch with Igor and convinced me the price and how reliable thermo bilt is..I found myself signing up the agreement and deliveted the job on time and Alex the Installer and his help did a great job too. Thanks to Igor the salesman who had helped me a lot choosing a nice design on mr door and windows..Job well done..
