Review from HomeOwner Review left on 10 Feb 2010Rating: 5 out of 5My furnace was giving me problems as i was unable to get proper heat in all my rooms. I discussed it with my colleagues at work and I was referred to Top Class duct cleaning by him. I called them first to discuss my problem i was having. They told me about a damper in duct work and suggested that it might not be at the right position. I also asked them about duct cleaning prices which sounded pretty reasonable to me and appointment was booked. They also encouraged me to visit their website for more info. Their website and blog has very detailed information about the whole procedure. They were on time, courteous, and highly professional. Thumbs up for these guys and recommend them to others also.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

I probably shouldn't have waited, but who knew that a newly-constructed house could have such dirty ducts. I do now. The 2-man crew did a great job. Their biggest challenge was reaching my furnace from the truck with their vacuum hose. They came back with a longer hose and figured out an access through the front and out the back of the garage and then in a basement window. These guys know what they're doing.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

Topclass air duct cleaning showed up early for our 7pm appointment which was good. 3 guys showed up, and were very nice to deal with.. courteous etc. They used an air gun in each of our vents to blow the dust/material down toward the large vacuum pipe that they hooked up to both my cold air return and hot air vents. I've had duct cleaning before in my previous home.. and that company took the time to remove the cold air return vents (as the tool they use can remove some of the paint on the vents). The other company also used a wire brush to remove any cement & paint off the inside of the vents.. both not completely necessary, but a nice gesture. Our job was an especially large one, as the builder was nice enough to leave large amounts of cement particles in two different sections of our cold air return lines. This would cause a problem for the duct cleaners as the cement would slowly move from section of the duct to next, when they blew it with the air gun... It would not easily make it to where they attached the vacuum pipe. The guys were nice enough to cut additional holes to vacuum out the large masses of concrete out of my vents. They weren’t able to remove all of it.. but they did remove most of it. I would have liked to see all of it removed.. but I didn’t want to take up any more of their time. They were nice enough to charge me the original quote of $135.. which for a house of 2700sqft was pretty good in comparison to other quotes I got. Although they didn’t charge me, they did have a look at my furnace and did a light cleaning of it. One small draw-back that I had from the experience was a cloud of dust that filled the house.. which I doubt could have been avoided…especially with the amount of material in my duct system. No chemicals or deodorizing sprays were used. For the cost I would recommend TopClass as they were reasonably priced, and had a lot of patience with my requests.Answer from pro:
Dear: Mr. Marco Thank you for taking time to write a review about our company. We try to do our best to achieve customer's satisfaction. In your house, yes there was a lot of debris left by builder (I guess they were extra graceful to you about this :D). We did our best to clean everything out. If you like we can come back and try to take out the rest whats left, if not now may be in another six months or so. Thankyou once again for your business.

These guys were great. On time (actually early), fast, clean and courteous. And if you happen to look at Air Duct Specialists comment from me and their reply. This would be my reply right back to Paul who claimed my review was ignorant. Top Class got the job done and did it well. If there's one duct cleaning to company to go with, it's these guys. Thanks again.Answer from pro:
It was a pleasure to provide you the service. We always let our customer's decide the time according to their own schedule. That is why we offer online booking service at www.topclassair.com/book_online. Our job gets easy when customer asks the right question and provide clear information about house location and approx length of hose required. When you mentioned that some other company told you that 125 ft hose won't work, I simple put extra hose in the truck. Once again, thank you for doing business with us. Tips: Home owners should ask questions when choosing a company. Extract each and every inch of details from service providers and then decide who can have the honor of being a service provider for you. Read our blog at www.topclassair.com/blog for more tips on saving heating cost during winter season. Regards John McLeash

I had bought a house and wanted it in a clean and livable state. I had no idea if the previous owner had the ducts cleaned. I contacted different companies and got estimates ranging from $-600 to $-400. As I had spent a lot of my savings, I looked up at the Home Services site and found Top Class Air Duct. I gave them a call and spoke to John, he took all the information required on the phone, and gave me an estimate of $-300, and assured me that the job would be satisfactory. I made the booking and the company truck was there on time, and I made sure that all the work was done in my presence. They cleaned each and every vent throughly, using different equipment at different vents as required. Then they cleaned the Furnance and that too was a good job done. I appreciate the time and effort they put in. I would recommend them to anyone for their services as they are cheap and do an execllent job. DavidAnswer from pro:

I have had problems with my heating systems, when I used to turn it on a very foul smell came from the ducts. I called in a company and they said that they would do it in $-99, they did the job but when I turned on the system the same problem was there. I called the company that had done the job and they kept saying that they would rectify the problem, but it never happened. Then someone recommended Topclass Air to me and I had to call them. They came in did a wonderful job, and stayed at my house till I turned on my furnance and every thing was fine. I would recommend them at any time to anyone. Then the next day the sales office called me up and verified if the the job was done properly. Recommended strongly.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

Top Class Air Duct Cleaning Inc. offers excellent, flexible service and is reasonably priced compared to other companies. I called on a Wednesday and was able to receive an estimate and schedule an appointment for the coming weekend. The two representatives were professional and took extra care when manoeuvring the hoses around our new house. They even spent time with me to explain how best to maintain the furnace going forward. I specifically asked for a business card in order to use them in the future and would definitely recommend them to friends.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

I have been calling different companies to get an estimate and about the procedure for duct cleaning. Jay from top class provided me with quote and all the details about duct cleaning. I asked him several question, as I 've no knowledge about this and he very patiently explained the whole procedure to me. Even when the workers came they explained the whole procedure before starting the work. Definately a big thumbs up for this company for anybody who is looking to get air duct cleaning done.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner
