Not only was my roof done efficiently with little debris left around the property, Tops returned quickly for a repair after a huge wind storm. They also took pity on us after raccoons did some damage and replaced some shingles free of charge.

Following the wind storn there was damage to our shingles as well as wear and tear. The entire roof needed to be re-done.

Very helpful in assisting us to understand what was and was not necessary. As a result, we saved about $10,000 on this project. Work crew was quick, efficient and tidy. No mess left for us to clean up.

Roof was completed in one day and cleanup was well done. Quality of work was excellent. They did miss one small detail (a roof vent), but came back the next day and resolved. Eaves troughs were also completed in one day and quality of work was excellent. Even gave me a few pointers on how to resolve another issue that I was able to fix myself.

The roof was completed in one day and looks great. Richard in sales was a pleasure to deal with. He was very informative and helped me choose a quality shingle.

A great experience! Sales person/estimator was knowledgeable. Price was fair (you pay more for quality workmanship and materials). We didn’t go with a lower priced competitor because the quality of shingles and workmanship wouldn’t have matched what Tops offers. The material delivery/start date was communicated in advance so we were prepared. The work crew was respectful of our property and the cleanup was exceptional. Brian’s team delivered and exceeded our expectations! Well done!
