    Renovated Pool and Put Down Stone

    I had two companies involved with renovating my pool and putting the stone down in my backyard. I am very happy with the outcome of the pool but it cost me about $7,000 to fix the stone work. Excluding the stone work I am very happy with the work done.

    Pool Closure

    The previous owner of my house recommended this company to me to take care of the pool. I have been very pleased with the work they have done, always goes quickly and efficiently when closing our pool. Thanks again!

    Reinstall Pool Liner

    We have used Total Tech Pools in the past to order supplies, we found them to be very knowledgeable and have great customer service. When the time came to renew our pool liner we decided to enlist Total Tech Pools services once more. The total process took roughly 3 weeks as they had to custom order the liner to fit our pool exactly. Total Tech had great communication with us through out the whole project. All together it took 3 weeks to have the new liner put in. Total Tech Pools was only at our house for roughly 3 days. 1 day to do the initial measurements. Another day to remove the old liner and prep the pool for the new one. The last day was to install our new liner and fill the pool. They did a great job and we couldn't be happier with the new liner.

    Closing Downthe Pool

    We used Total Tech Pools for two reasons 1. They provide great service and 2. Convenience as they are just around the corner. We used Total Tech to close down our pool for the season. They are great and know what they are doing. Closing down a pool can be a bit of a process but when Total Tech does it they are clean, quick, and very professional.

    Georgetown, ON

    I contacted Total Tech as I wanted to purchase and install a new "safety" pool cover. I found the company to be professional every step of the way. From the setting up of the appointment to inspect the pool, to taking the order and completing the installation. The cover got delivered early, they installed it immediately (even through downpour). I intend to call this company in the spring when it comes time to open the pool. Thank you for a job well done!!

    Great Service

    They have great staff in the store! I walked in looking for some pool chemicals, I was instantly greeted by Kevin and Bryan. They were extremely helpful and informative. I bought what they suggested and they carried it to my car! My pool looks amazing!

    Pool plumbing refit

    after struggling with air bubbles and prime in my pool I decided to replace all the plumbing and went with Total Tech. even though they encountered several unforeseen issues they honoured the quote, job done on time. Thanks to Dave and his crews the rest of the season has been a breeze. I would recommend them for their service and integrity.

    Pool Heater Service

    When I couldn't get service from the company that installed my pool heater, I contacted Total Tech Pools. Dave contacted Pentair directly, during a U.S. holiday, and solved the problem immediately. We were back to enjoying the heated pool in no time. Thanks for the service!

    Swimming Pools

    I have a long-standing relationship with Total Tech Pools. Over the years, the staff have consistently exceeded expectations. Technical expertise, customer service, and follow-through are excellent every time. I use Total Tech exclusively for all my pool needs and appreciate their genuine interest in me as a customer.     Pool supplies and support.

    I take my pool water to be tested by Total Tech. The test is free and fast. They analyze the results and provide corrective action if any is required. They do this in a professional, courteous manner every time! Total Tech has also closed my pool for the last 7 years. Again, they are professional, courteous and efficient. Highly recommended!
