At the recommendation of a neighbour, I contracted Tropical Heating and Air Conditioning to quote on replacing my old home central air conditioner, as well as to provide general normal and routine maintenance of both the air conditioner and furnance. To state that this company provides absolutely excellent service is possibly an understatement. Their staff spent considerable time reviewing the various types of air conditioning units available. I concured with their particular recommendation and have been completely satisfied. The installation was completed with efficiency, and thorougness. At the same time, I brought to their attention that the furnance required attention. Their furnance maintenance representative actually took the time to explain exactly what he was doing as well as explaining the tasks that I could do on a more routine basis. I have been completely satisfied with all aspects of my relationship with Tropical Air. They have made my house safer, certainly more efficient and far more comfortable for all seasons.

Tropical installed our furnace 4 years ago and have been fantastic on service and follow up every year. Brothers Dave and Dan handle most service calls themselves and really provide excellent advise. They just installed a ductless a/c in our third floor and not only were they lowest of 3 quotes but spent the most time with us - giving comprehensive input to our air flow issues. The installation was also excellent.
