We have engaged Valentini Kitchens on three large kitchen projects throughout the years. On all occasions they were very professional and seemed to know exactly what I was looking for even though at times I had a difficult time articulating what I wanted. We met with Piero, and we knew that we had definitely made the right decision before they even started. Their customer service, workmanship and installation was impeccable. It brought our idea to life in a way I could hardly imagine possible. They far exceed our expectations which is not an easy thing to do because both my husband and I can be very hard to please. It was an amazing experience and I can't wait to use them again for other projects. Piero and the rest of the team made a great first impression 15 years ago which is the reason I continue to return to them for all our kitchen projects. Visiting several other designers only made me feel more confident that going with Valentini Kitchens was the right decision. Throughout the planing stages of my most recent kitchen, Piero was very patiant with with me especially since I had chaned my mind on what I wanted. His patiance and drawings greatly assisted me with visualising the kitchen which clearly showed that he understood me and had listened and incorporated all my wishes in a design that best suited the space. On a number of occasions, when I was uncertain with an aspect of the design or unable to make a decision, I was able to rely on Piero to lead me in the right direction to help me make a decision that I would be happy with. From the execution perspective, the team was professional, prompt and efficient. What impressed me most was the willingness to return on numerous occasions to ensure that everything was done to our satisfaction. A special thanks to Anthony for his eye for detail and craftsmanship that is very rare to find these days. All projects were completed on time without comprimizing quality. We will definately be retuning to Valentini Kitchens in the future and continue to recomend them.

Loved the hand drawn kitchen design, not generic computerized planning. Attention paid to quality and detail which resulted in our dream kitchen. We were given excellent advice and ideas along the way. Professional family-run business, highly recommend!

We recently moved into our home which had a very small master ensuite and walk in closet adjacent to each other, so we decided to blow it all out and combine the ensuite and closet into one large ensuite. We searched Home Stars and all the reviews on Valentini Kitchens were great so we had Piero come in to design and price the job. Valentini's price was comparable to the other quotes but what set them apart was the design and attention to detail that Piero put into his proposal. We selected Valentini based on this and the washroom looks amazing, like a palace! Piero did everything he said he would and more, he went out of his way to make sure that we were totally satisfied with the job. All of his workers were outstanding, very hard working, polite and they cleaned up after each day. We would highly recommend Piero and Valentini Kitchens. If you are thinking of doing renovations around your house, you need to consider Piero and Valentini Kitchens

I am a renovation contractor and have used Valentini Kitchens on several projects and have been very happy with the service and the quality of their work. Both Piero and Anthony are very accomodating and take great pride in their work. They have done some simple vanities for me as well as a couple of wall units and I have always been happy with the results.

This is our second kitchen from Valentini. Their workmanship, quality and expertise is excellent. Piero's design ideas were amazing and he utilized every square inch to make our kitchen so grand. Piero also assisted us in many other aspects of our renovations. His ideas and connections in the trade fulfilled everyone of our needs. Anthony is a true master at installation with great attention to detail and takes every project very seriously. He gives you an installation date and you have no worries. It will be the date he confirms. Valentini Kitchens is a family run business and they treat their customers like family. Thank you once again for making our second dream kitchen come to life. I was very fortunate 3 years ago to have been referred to Valentini Kitchens and the “Valentini Brothers” as I call them. They built and installed my new kitchen in my small co-op apartment in Toronto Rosedale. I was totally renovating without a contractor, no prior knowledge and a limited budget. I had visited a number of establishments and obtained some quotes. All were good. Theirs was the best because of the personable and calming demeanour, patience and time they took to work with me combined with expertise and that they are a small well established family business suited me to a T. What set Valentini Kitchens apart and makes their product outstanding is the care and time they take to produce the perfection the customer wishes, especially difficult customers like me who had difficulty expressing my vision. Piero seems to have a special gift to translate a customer’s vision onto paper perfectly and then produce it, at the quoted price, on time, and communicate with (reassure)you all along the way. Piero’s brother who installs along with his employee is a perfectionist ne plus ultra! My kitchen is a mini jewel you would find in a country house. It’s a classic, shaker style, blond solid maple. Timeless, yet still very modern. It’s in the design pieces though I was fortunate to have been able to purchase a showroom kitchen to which further pieces were added. The accessories are the best including -Frankel sinks and Moen taps . The open cookbook case above the microwave shelf is often commented upon as are the cornices that just perfectly frame the room. Everyone who sees it can’t help but comment on it and each time I tell them -Valentini Kitchens Valentini Kitchens and his Brothers. They honoured the quote to the letter! The craftsmanship is superb, as we have come to expect in this price point. I can vouch for it. I toured their little factory behind the showroom on Weston Road . Time and care is taken with each part. Their subcontractors ditto for the granite etc. I definitely would have them do any other job in the future including custom cabinetry. Thank you guys. Professional, prompt, conscientious, customer service oriented, quality workmanship ... you get the picture. My parents needed their newly purchased home's kitchen remodeled. We were going to use a friend of a friend but he didn't come through. What we thought was our loss was really our gain because I went to Homestars and found Valentini Kitchens! Piero came out, listened to what we wanted, made a detailed drawing and layout of the kitchen (on the spot!) and gave me a quote within the hour. His professionalism and knowledge immediately gave me the comfort that I would not be wrong in choosing Valentini. The finished kitchen is awesome. Anthony matched existing cabinets and countertops and you cannot tell the old from the new. I would say they were an exact match (style, colour, finish) except Anthony's are of a better quality. I would not hesitate in recommending Valentini Kitchens to anyone. The project was not a huge one compared to some of the complete renovations that they have done but Piero and Anthony doesn't treat any of their customers differently. Everyone gets first class service. I have already passed them on to friends and family considering kitchen and bathroom work and I look forward to getting them in to do my own kitchen in the not too distant future. Valentini did our main bath renovation a few years back and we returned to them again because of their excellent customer service and attention to detail. The cabinet work is superb. Anthony and his staff are true craftsmen and perfectionists. Piero was very helpful in guiding us through the process and making sure we were happy. His interior decorating tips were also on the mark. Great people to work with!

Piero and his team did an amazing job renovating my entire ensuite bathroom. In all aspects, they were great. The demo of my existing bathroom was done quickly with hardly any dust or dirt. Piero took great care to cover all my hardwood flooring and other surfaces so that the rest of the house was kept as clean as possible. Piero also lead the design of the bathroom by helping me decide on tile, fixtures, colours and layout. The actual finished job was done on time and looks amazing. We had a few minor issues to deal with, but Piero's team came back to adjust and fix all issues as best as they could. I would strongly recommend Piero's team to reno your bathroom or kitchen.

We were looking to renovate our bathrooms which were almost 30 years old. We contacted six companies, and only four responded. Only two of the four came to our house to see what needed to be done. The first contractor looked around for about five minutes and left. Piero showed up and took proper measurements and gave us a quote when he was finished. I think every contractor should do the same but obviously that is not the case. Since Piero was so professional and helpful, we decided to use Valentini. Great decision. The entire crew were a pleasure to deal with. Especially Marcelo and Walter. They were at our house bright and early and ready to work. They were always polite and would answer any questions we had. Piero was always a phone call away. He would show up most days to make sure everything was alright or if we needed to talk with him he always answered his phone. He also uses a licensed plumber and electrician for all his jobs. We also had a fan installed in both washrooms because before the renos we just had a window. Piero even has people who specialize in fan installation. It put our minds at ease knowing the work was being done by professionals. The materials are all high-end and look fantastic. We could not ask for a better job. The job was done in about a month for both bathrooms and there were no cost over runs. Overall, everyone did a great job and we would look to Piero for any other home renovations in the future. He is professional, trust worthy and very dedicated to his work and it shows.
