Frank came to my home to do a Crime Deflection Inspection. He was very thorough and clear on how we can protect ourselves. He made many great suggestions and things that the homeowner can do on their own with little cost. He was punctual and polite and Frank definitely knows what he's talking about! Also he suggested to keep in touch by email so he can answer questions on what products to use and follow through suggestions as I do my own work.

Frank did an inspection on my home and provided a thorough diagnosis of the property, the interior and exterior. He explained everything to me and possessed the experience I wanted.

I contacted Frank to request a quote for installation of security cameras at my house. He was prompt, courteous and very helpful. I intend to ask him to install a surveillance system in the spring of 2011.

Frank gave a insightful and thorough walkthrough of our home's security. As he was not affiliated with a security alarm system, there were no pressure tactics, just a honest and down to earth discussion of ways to improve the security of the home. Due to Frank's past background he was very knowledgeable about homes and home repairs and gave us other tips and comments too. Would definitely recommend to invest the time as the walkthrough was a relatively small cost.

He made many common sense suggestions and things that the homeowner can do on their own with little to no cost. Frank also installed Guardian locks on our doors and replaced all our exterior locks (we had recently moved into a new house) - he was punctual and kept things very clean and tidy. Frank definitely knows what he's talking about!

Frank, we were impressed by the quality and thoroughness of your inpection. You educated us about assessing home security and pointed out a number of practical things that we could do to make things safer. You could have pushed unnecessary and costly products on us, but you were honest about what was warranted in our situation. Thanks for telling it like it is! I should also mention that Frank pointed out a potential structural problem with our basement, that we otherwise would not have known about; Frank knows houses. After a recent attempted break-in, we thought it was time to consider a security and monitoring service. But before we signed up for anything, I wanted an unbiased assessment of what our needs might be (instead of a fear-mongering sales pitch - which I got over the phone from a couple of the larger companies). After reading the reviews on Homestars, I called Frank at WOBI. Frank spent about an hour walking around the interior and exterior of the house, pointing out potential vulnerabilities, some of which I hadn't considered. He made several suggestions to fix these problems, none of which required major work or money, and all of which he suggested I do myself. We also talked about what security and monitoring services would do for us - and, more importantly, what they wouldn't. I believe Frank gave me honest, balanced assessment. I'd agree with the review that says "he is not out to sell you anything except good advice and customer service". Highly recommended.

Frank and I arranged a convenient time for a visit to conduct a security audit. We went all over the house, and he pointed out the various points of vulnerability and provided good advice in friendly way. I asked Frank to come back and install some door security hardware, and he did a terrific job! He took the time to make sure the door was hanging correctly in the frame, and made several adjustments. Now my doors look great and operate perfectly.
