    Various doors and windows

    The Welda folks installed two doors and 4 windows in my home over the past 3 years. They're very professional and did a nice job removing my old vertical sliders and installing nice, new vinyl windows. Their salesman is great and will come to your house with all of his samples on his ipad.

    New exterior doors

    I am very satisfied with my experience with Welda Windows. They were able to come to my house within a few days of initial contact, review all of the options and details and provide a very reasonable quote. The rep then returned to sign the official papers, the quote did increase slightly when he noticed one detail the was originally missed but not by a significant amount. The doors were delivered and installed within the original time estimate. The installer was very professional, cleaning up after himself and answering all of my questions. The new doors look great and operate well. I would recommend Welda Windows to my friends and family.

    Installation of sliding patio doors

    We are pleased to recommend the services of the "Welda Windows and Doors Company". We are a corporate client with a townhouse-complex to maintain, and we sought to find a company that could offer us the best value, in product, installation service, building knowledge, and service after-care. We believe we found that in Welda. We contracted Welda to install sliding patio doors. We are very pleased with the results. We feel the doors are of high quality, high efficiency, properly installed, and that Welda was able to supply all this to us at a very competitive price. Their professionalism during installation, not only in regards to preparation and adjustment of each door-site, but also in dealing graciously with our residents. This was most appreciated. They accomplished all that, and they accomplished it all on time, within a very tight schedule. In addition, we have every intention of continuing our relationship with Welda through to completing installation of all the rest of sliding doors and front doors in the complex. We have every confidence that Welda will continue to provide the same capable service and supply we have come to expect from them. We have recieved with Welda real value for our money. Well done! 65 times x 10 stars!

    Window and patio door replacement

    I had Welda replace all windows except the basement ones, as well as a sliding patio door. The windows looked very nice and were well-installed by installers who seemed to know what they were doing and worked efficiently. I have had some problems with some of the windows 7 years later, but Welda he said they will address these concerns via their warranty program. Once this is addressed, I would be happy to call Welda again to replace the rest of my windows and doors. I also have two relatives who have had Welda install windows and/or doors for them -- one many years prior to my own installation -- and they are happy with them to date.

This appears to be a warranty related matter; a simple phone call to our office could have solved this problem at once. Welda Windows strives to be the best in the business and prides itself on our excellent customer service.     Entry door for house

    In short: Great product but poor customer service First impressions were good with Welda. Very nice salesperson and appeared to be knowledgeable. Signed contract and paid deposit on the first day. I was given assurances that he'd follow-up on getting a quote for my eavestroughs and letting me know a date the estimator would be by to take measurements. (I got neither) Long story shortened: I had to call and ask to speak to a manager twice because the salesperson wasn't responding to my calls re: questions. I clearly gave enough time for him to get back (almost 2 weeks) but no callback. After complaining, he finally did call and apologized that he had been hospitalized. Ok, fair...good excuse and I wished him good health, but there should be a backup system for sick employees. When I had almost the exact same problem a week later and no callbacks, I had to "again" ask to speak to a manager. This time the excuse was, "oh...he's just like that" Very poor excuse whether it was true or not. That being said, the managers were helpful but I shouldn't have to waste my time or theirs with trivial questions. You'd think that paying that much for a door would get you some basic customer service. Because I didnt' hear back, I had to hire another company to do my eavestroughs and will look elsewhere to get my front door done in the fall. I wish I could have just talked to the installer on the first day - he had the answers I wanted and did a very professional job on the installation of a wonderful door. I could elaborate on the greatness of this door, but my mood is muted by the extra hoops I had to jump through. Good customer service is part of the sale and keeps customers coming back. Unfortuantely, I likely won't be one of them.

    2 windows replacement at the second floor

    really good service : fast and professional really good support service as well That takes only 3 hours, when he leave my bedroom was clean! I really recommand Welda Windows...

    Main floor and basement windows replacement

    New windows from WELDA gives to our pretty old house new look. We are very satisfied with great (fast, nice and clean) service. Will recommend to everyone who is looking for best result.

    Replacement Windows and Outside Doors

    The representative was very professional and took the time to explain various replacement options and assisted us to find the best solution for our home at a very competitive price. The installers worked very carefully and professionally and the job was completed on time as promised. We received multiple complements on the look and feel of our home after the replacement. We love it and have already recommended Welda to several neighbours and friends. Thank you Welda!

    had the windows throughout the house changed

    The company was great, very friendly service, had fast responses and communication. All items were delivered on time as promised. Installers were very friendly, professional and clean. Job was fast, and was extremely well done, I was more then happy with the price and after seeing the product installed and realizing the great quality that i got for my money, I found it to be a more then great price for such a project for my house.

    Replaced windows

    After an extensive research on the windows vendors, we’ve selected WELDA Windows&Doors company. And we have not regretted this decision. The quality of work is outstanding. The installers have done a great job: arrived on time, the work area was left clean, and their professionalism is commendable. We are very happy with the result and enjoy our new windows.
