Window replacement
Salesperson Eli was very helpful with going through what the company offers and the installers did a great job with less disturbances. I will recommend them to anyone. All done.

New front door and side window and Porch Enclosure
From my first contact with Joseph Rosenberg to the completion by Mr. Longin and Mr. Almeida I was so impressed with the service I received. I had many questions and they were all answered promptly. The installation was done beautifully and caringly. Clean up was excellent. Such pleasant and knowledgeable people to deal with. Excellent work everyone. I am so happy with my new door and porch enclosure.

Front Door & Front Side Window Panels
Even with Covid the salesman's visit & installation was highly professional. All questions & concerns were addressed. There was a delay for installation due to Covid but the installation itself went very smoothly. Now that the door is in place not only are we very pleased but we have had very positive comments from from neighbours.

Front door replacement
We dropped into the showroom and had a great consultation on replacing our front door. The door was ordered and installed by Jack and his crew quickly and very professionally. The finished product made a huge difference to the entire look of the front of our house. It's amazing but simply by changing the door and the side lites the entire curb appeal of the house has drastically improved. I would recommend Welda to anyone. Their office manager is super friendly and helpful also.

Full house window replacement
Leon from Welda worked patiently with me to determine the best window replacement options for our house. We had quotes from a few other companies, and Welda was the best prices, without comprimizing qualities. Welda by far provided the best customer service, answering our calls and emails promptly and thoroughly, which ultimately lead to us selecting them for the project. Other companies would take too long to reply, or not reply at all. Their instalation team worked effciently to complete the project in 2 days. I noted one screen that wasn't seating properly and they promptly had a new one made to replace it. One lesson learnt was that retrofit windows limit your window treatment installation options.

Front porch window
My husband and I were looking for a company to install a new window for our front porch. I discovered one of Welda Window and Door trucks in our neighbour in August and i took a picture so I could have the number. (We were getting estimates from other companies at the time). A few days later, we went to the office and met the very nice owner, Leon. Leon told us we would get our window in October. Though it was a bit of a wait, we are very happy with the service. Sandro, the carpenter is highly professional and very respectful. Leon could not have sent a better carpenter to install our window. The window looks great and we are totally satisfied.

Replace 2 windows and 2 doors
We were very impressed by Joseph’s professional and people skills and very grateful for his quick responsiveness to any concerns which we had. Sergio was professional and did an excellent installation and clean up. We love our windows and doors! We would highly recommend Welda to family and friends.

New Windows Installed
great product, great price, great service highly recommended. Please ask for Leon as he was a great resource and provided great after installation service The installers were clean, efficient and cared about the quality of the project

Poor Installation
This review is written in hopes that other consumers know what to look for when making such a substantial and important purchase for their homes. New windows should be installed with care. New windows should certainly not be installed with significant tilts and bows. New windows should be not installed full of scratches and then hand-painted to hide the damage. Welda has a great team in Jimmy (sales) and Mercedes (customer service), and the windows themselves are great (Vinylbuilt). Although the customer service manager did her best to resolve the issues mentioned above with a small discount, after four months we are left with a window at the front of our home with a significant tilt (even after installers tried to 'fix' the issue) and left to deal with the manufacturer for the windows that were installed with scratches. What we are unhappy with is the sloppy and unprofessional installation, and lack of accountability from Welda's management. For the record, I requested to have a manager connect with us via email and by phone and we have yet to be contacted. Update October 7, 2020: After the review above was posted, I was promptly contacted by a manager named Leon. He listened to us and we arranged for him to visit our home to see the issues in person. There, he offered solutions to our concerns and made a conscious effort to improve our customer experience. I want to acknowledge his efforts, as well as the time and attention he gave to our particular circumstance. It is very much appreciated.

Basement windows and porch enclosure
Welda is extremely professional and great to deal with. Fair prices and professional service all around. Highly recommended for all your windows, doors and porch enclosure needs. COVID affected timelines but the team maintained transparency and professionalism throughout.
