My husband and I were extremely nervous about using a company that we didn't know, as we chose Frontier simply because they carried the type of wood that we needed (to match the stain on our stairs from the builder). However, we were not only pleasantly surprised by them, but we were absolutely thrilled in the end with their work. They were extremely accommodating with us (even coming in during the Christmas holidays to help finish as soon as possible, as I was 9 months pregnant at the time and anxious for the work to be done before baby arrived!) The advice we were given at the showroom was very informative and helpful, the price was competitive, and the workmen were a pleasure to work with and the end result was beautiful flooring throughout. I would highly recommend Frontier to anyone I know and I would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects.

Based on reviews of others on this site I called Frontier Flooring to get a quote for installing hardwood floors in two upstairs bedrooms. I spoke to Angelo who sent someone over right away to determine which wood to use -- I wanted to match the existing wood throughout the rest of the house, -- as well as measure the extent of the job. A quote quickly followed and we arranged a suitable date for installation. The installers arrived on time, worked diligently -- cleaning up as they went, -- and did an excellent job right down to the detail of matching the baseboard trim. I’m very pleased with the end result and would happily call them again when we decide to refinish our downstairs floors. In fact, a colleague is now having Frontier Flooring install hardware throughout his home after hearing how pleased I am.

My wife and I purchased a home from a builder and when it came time to select the flooring, the builders decor center did not have the colour of flooring we wanted, so we went to Frontier Flooring as they were the company that was going to supply and install the hardwood floor. Angelo and Frank took the time to explain the difference between the hardwoods and helped us select the right wood floor for our new house. We took possession of our house a little while ago and what really stands out in our house is the hardwood flooring. Not only is the colour right but the workman ship is outstanding. Both Frank and Angelo are excellent at describing their services, options and pricing. Professional quotes and invoices are sent by email. They repaired 50 year old Oak hardwood flooring that was stained in several places. The floor was seemlessly repaired by replacing stained sections with new material. The stain was down well and work was completed on time.

Actually went to Frontier Flooring after reading very favourable reviews posted on this site. My own experience confirmed those reviews. We had two sets of stairs recovered and the hardwood in half the house replaced. Frontier Flooring was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Frank certainly knows his wood - his advice was both very knowledgable and very honest (also appreciated his patience with our three kids running wild in his showroom!) I can't say enough about the execution of the job: cost estimate was very detailed and accurate - no surprises, scheduling was first rate - job started and ended as planned, and crew was of high quality and very professional. An extremely favourable experience, I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others - they set the standard for what home reonvation shoule be.

I built my own house, so I contracted every trade on my own. Frontier Flooring came in on time, did a fabulous job, and gave me great ideas on borders for my floor. They were the best trade to deal with. I would recomend Frontier to anyone who needs expert work done. Fabulous job Frontier.

Right upfront I want to say that I am like most people and want to get value for my money and a job that people take pride in doing...I definitely got both with Frontier. Everyone from Sales to the Installers were friendly and did not make a fuss about coming back to fix problems...I got a fair price and the service was great - Frontier stands behind their product and are very willing to come back to fix things in order to make the customer happy, this was very important to me...I would recommend this company for hardwood floors and if you want to replace your carpeted stairs with hardwood...

Frontier did my basement with laminate flooring. They came in on shedule and finished in 1 day. This would have taken me 1 week to do myself. Their selection is unbelievable, and their adive is very professional. These guys know what their talking about. Considering the quality product they used, which is Torlys laminate, the price was excellent. I give them an A+. Thanks Frontier.

We shopped around for quality hardwood flooring for about 2 months, with no luck, then we found Frontier. What a diference. They took the time to explain everything and encouraged us to do research on their brands. We chose Mirage. They got the job done on shedule, their workmanship is inpecable. Price is also good.
