Everyone at Frontier Flooring is just amazing, the sales staff very knowledgeable and willing to help, the installers were very clean, and did an amazing job, already planning my next project with them.

After spending many hours researching hardwood and visiting many stores, I found Frontier Flooring on Homestars. I decided to contact them to get a price on the 2-3 hardwood selections we had chosen. They were by far the most competitive price in the GTA. Angelo was very knowledgeable and Lettie was very helpful and nice. Both answered our questions and we never seemed rushed. After the purchase of our hardwood, they worked with us to get a delivery as soon as possible and ensured that they called us an hour before delivery to ensure we were home. The guys who delivered the wood to our house were just as fantastic. They were very friendly and were careful placing the wood in our house. After our purchase, I had some questions and Angelo was again great about answering them. This company knows that customer service and competitive prices come first. They know what they are doing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This review is way overdue, but I want to take the time to say that we did not forget the excellent work and customer service that Frontier Flooring provided. We live in Ajax and had hardwood installed in the summer of 2010 and almost a year later, we are still impressed with the workmanship (Derek & his son were our installers). They were always prompt and cleaned up after themselves. Afterwards, there were a few scratches and dents which I called Angelo about and he had no problems sending someone to replace and fix those pieces (Jack did our repairs). Angelo & Jack advised us that due to climate, the hardwood will continue to shrink and expand and we may find other pieces need replacing, but not to worry and just to give them a call and they'll come back to make repairs. Their price was very competitive, the job was very well done, and the post-sale service was even better! We highly recommend them :)

I have been involved in a full home renovation and at times, dealing with trades has been difficult. I had a completely different experience with Frontier Flooring. I shopped for the lowest price on the hardwood product I wanted to purchase, that is how I discovered Frontier Flooring. Frontier came in at $1.00 less/square foot for the brand I was interested in purchasing, which resulted in a $1,000 savings for me. The installation was a breeze and the quality of the workmanship was remarkable. Peter came to our home (which is in the other end of the city) to assess the square footage and the condition of my sub-floor. Frank was always available when I called the store with questions and Vitali, the installer, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and a true expert in his area of expertise. I am so happy to have put my faith in this company because I now have beautiful floors for life. Thank you to Frank, Peter and Vitali. I will definitely recommend you to family, friends and co-workers. I wish you the continued success that you deserve!

Not only were the prices and selection from Frontier extremely competitive, but the service was exceptional !! Angelo and his team did a fantastic job, as they had promised from the onset. Would definitely recommend to anyone requiring this service. Thanks guys !!

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Angelo and his team at Frontier. They are nothing but professional and extremely friendly - so down to earth! We considered installing hardwood through out the upstairs of my home which had a combination of carpet and parkay. We knew this would be a big job ad it would create quite a mess in our home. We shopped around and it was clear that Frank and Angelo took the time to listen to what we envisioned our space to look like and the budget we had set for the project. We chose to go with an engineered Mirage floor. Within days they had someone come out to take exact measurements and our product was ordered and on its way. We set aside 2 days for the job to be done. Their crew of installers showed up nice and early and were very professional and determined to please us. They were extremely maticulous and worked like a well oiled machine. As day 1 came to an end, there was half a room left to complete. Most workers would have come back the next day but they asked our permission to stay and complete the job! WOW!! They completed the floors in 1 DAY! and cleaned up after themselves. We went through each room together and if there was any defective piece of wood (there was only 1) they, without hesitation, replaced it. We will be doing the main floor in the future and its Frank and Angelo that we will be calling. Thanks Frontier!

We had Frontier do a laminate floor in our home. We are thoroughly happy with their work. From the time spent in the store to the actual installation, it was a breeze. Great work Frontier. This is a very good company. I would recomend them to anyone.
