In 2022, I hired Lido to build a pool in our backyard. Reason for choosing Lido include: 1) I dealt directly with the owner/operator. This was important as I had a unique design (L-shaped lap/leisure pool). The installation had to deal with sharp slopes on 2 sides. 2) Lido had been building pools for decades 3) Cost was very competitive Josh (the owner) worked with my specs and built a beautiful pool

Josh and his team were simply outstanding. We had been wanting to add a pool in our backyard but since we were in a walk-out and had a limited entry way many of the pool contractors we contacted declined to even quote us unless we agreed to take down our steps and fence to allow for access to their larger equipment. Unfortunately, this was not possible due to various logistical issues and inability to get agreement from our neighbors. Josh to the rescue! He built a custom ramp and rented custom smaller equipment to allow for the TIGHT excavation. Not only that he was able to do this without any disturbance to our neighbors property. His price was also quite reasonable when compared to what others were quoting based on needing to remove all the existing steps, fences etc.. Josh and his team became like a 2nd family during the summer. He is extremely customer focused and spends a lot of time ensuring that we were comfortable throughout the entire construction process from design to color selection, to maintenance etc.. There were many times that Josh had to spend extra $$ due to unforeseen expenses that came up but he never charged us for that. He is single goal was to ensure that we had a pool that we would "enjoy for years". I would definitely recommend Josh especially if you are looking for that personal customer experience and a company that truly takes pride in building a good and lasting product.

Lido Pools has been providing professional and expert pool services for our Inground pool for a number of years. We had our pool liner replaced as well as converting the to a salt system. The final touch was a safety cover to complete the makeover. Josh and his staff have the experience and knowledge to make things easier to decide. I found their guidance invaluable. Josh and his team take a personal interest in the work and what I was trying to accomplish. In short, I Trust Lido Pools to do a great job every time and at a reasonable price. Had Josh from Lido Pools design and install our in ground swimming pool in 2003. The liner just had to be replaced last year and had a safety cover installed by Josh. The company has always been there for us for any problem and upgrades to our backyard haven. We have been so happy with the final product and top notch service of Lido Pools and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a quality pool company.

I recently used Lido pools to measure and install a new pool liner. As well as to relocate all of the equipment in the pool, cabana, that was terribly laid out by the original owners of my home. The service was excellent. The liner looks great. The pool equipment works fantastic. I would highly recommend them.
