    Plumbing Emergency

    Shower mechanics failed - could not turn water off. Had to shut all water off in the house. Contacted Aviv Plumbing and my call was returned within 30 minutes. Plumber came within the hour and fixed the problem - had a replacement part. Extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. Would use again and will recommend to friends.

    Replacement of hose bibs and shut offs

    Wanted a reliable plumber with a good price to change the main water shut off, and the shut offs + hose bibs to the garage and back yard. Only looked at companies with a 95%+ rating. Aviv came in at the best price (compared to 3 others), so I went with them. Anthony showed up on time, removed his shoes, and had very neat soldering. Very pleased with his work and would highly recommend Aviv. Didn't get a 10 because the work was done over 2 days.

    Thanks for the review but the reason for 2 trips was explained and was necessary as the main valve had to be replaced and I did not want to do the other work when I could not test it.

    Great Company

    I found Aviv plumbing responsive. I had 9 year old shower which was not behaving accordingly so they brought some parts and installed them efficiently. All job was done on time.

    dishwasher intstallation

    Andre arrived exactly on time. His work was beyond excellent. Very friendly and offered many great tips on dishwasher care. I have never had as great experience I had with Aviv Plumbing. Highly recommended to all. A company with honesty and intergrity - and very fair prices.

    amazing customer service

    I had a problem with my shower, that another professional was unable to fix, Aviv was recommended to me by a friend and also the manufacturer of the fixture. I called, and they managed to fit me into their busy schedule, Andry showed up, and he was able to do the. work that no one else could do. He went above and beyond even what he was hired to do and rebuilt a water saver in the shower head. I am beyond happy, as if this didn't work, I was looking at an expensive Reno. They now will be my go to plumbers !!!!!

    Fix Aquabrass thermostatic shower/tub faucet

    Aviv plumbing responded rapidly to my request for quote. My 10 year old Aquabrass thermostatic shower/tub faucet was misbehaving. They brought the correct replacement parts and installed them quickly. The job was performed fast, professionally and with care.

    Replace Isolation valves and Facet Cartridges

    Called Michael at Aviv plumbing as the bathroom facet started to drip badly and the isolation valves would not stop the flow so we have to shut off the water to the whole home. Called Aviv and even though they we extremely busy they were able to have Andriy come by the same day mid afternoon to fix the two Isolation valves and get off the two cartriges that were on so tight I could not change them myself. The Isolation values and the access to the plumbing is extremely limited to two 10X10 inch openings due to a custom cabinet. Andriy did the work, he was very knowledable, has a high level of drive to do perfect work and getting things done to a high standard, he is also a clear communicator, honest and works safely. Thanks to Michael and Andriy for another job well done. If your reading my review and you are looking for a good and fair plumber you will be delighted with Aviv Plumbing!

    Shower Problem

    Michael came promptly and fixed our problem. We had had another plumber to try an fix a problem with our Aqua Brass Shower. We had very little pressure and the tempurature could not be adjusted. I called Aqua Brass and they recommended Michael of Aviv Plumbing. They also recommended the parts that would be needed. When I got the parts Michael was able to determine the problem and fix it. He is the best.

    Outside Tap Replacement

    We recently had our two outside taps and the inside shutoff valves replaced. The job turned out to be much more difficult than was apparent from the photos that I sent in for the initial quote, but Mike and I were able to easily agree on a mutually satisfactory price. Our plumber, Simi, did a great job. He worked very carefully and explained everything as he worked. Two walls had to be opened up, and he gave me a lot of good tips on patching them up and winterizing the taps. I will definitely contact Aviv for my next plumbing job.

    Very Professional and Excellent Service!

    I needed a repair to a 'leaky' toilet. Mike was quick to reply and super helpful with an estimate based off of a photo. My appointment was booked promptly and when Andriy arrived he was very professional, polite, fast and efficient. I was very pleased with the service provided and I would definitely hire Aviv Plumbing again for recommend to family and friends. Thank you Andriy
