    Retaining Wall

    From John Napolitano's initial response and fair quote, through the Project Manager Eldin's attentiveness, and Zio, the master contractor's excellent work and professionally high standards in replacing an extensive rotting railway tie retaining wall system with pisa stone, I wholeheartedly recommend Royal Home Improvements.

    Basement Rec Room & Bathroom

    Royal came in renovated our basement rec room and bathroom with new tiles, carpeting, drywall and painting. With John's attention to detail, quality of work and organizational skills, the project came in on time and we are very happy with the job.

    basement clean up and restoration

    Royal finished our basement clean up and restoration on time and totally professionally. They clean up all construction residue and left the basement in beautiful shape. They came when they said and were very pleasant to have around, worked through several hurdles encountered and have given us a beautiful basement back after the flooding.

    exterior & inter.basement reno

    This is the second time we have used Royal and are pleased with the outcome. John and his team were professional and pleasant at all times,answering any questions we may have. All telephone calls were answered promptly and to our satisfaction. A job well done.

    Open Concept and Bathroom Renovation

    The project co-ordinator arranged for the engineer, electrician, tiler and all trades to complete all work in a timely and professional manner. This project of opening up the family room, installing pot lights and fully renovating both bathrooms was enjoyable and stress free. I have used several contractors in the past, with Royal Home Improvements standing out above the pack! I highly recommend Royal Home Improvements for your next project.

    Driveway & Front steps

    Driveway: patched & re-surfaced. Front steps: patched/touched up. For someone who doesn't quite have a good understanding of the construction and money area of a hope. I felt that this company helped me to understand and was fairly priced. This review is being completed because I was very happy with the outcome of the jobs and the service the employees provided me. Thank you and excellent work.

    basement restoration

    John Calvelli the project manager made sure everything needed to be done was performed in a professional manner.Everyone connected with the restoration were very polite and answered without hesitation. The overall quality of product and workmanship was excellent

    basement

    I liked Giancarlo's friendliness and willingness to answer questions and his promptness whenever he called me to say he was coming over. I was very happy with the work that was done and it was on schedule. I would recommend the company and Giancarlo to any of my friends.

    Kitchen

    The design of the kitchen is very good. The end product turned out very well. The tile setter and the cabinet installer were excellent. Overall we are satisfied with the project.

    Renovations

    I'm an a repeat customer with Royal Home Improvements and like the first time, they did a wonderful job with my renovations! It comes down to more than just quality workmanship, the workers are professional and detailed, and should they miss something, they'll take care of it right away. With any business, longevity speaks volumes, Royal Home Improvements has been around over 40 years, they're good at what they do, which is why people like me, keep going back!
