I cannot believe what I am reading about Appliance Canada. We bought 5 appliances from them and the delivery people was rude, scratched the hardwood floors going into the house, intimidated my 69 year old mother, got angry at her and made her sign for all the appliances. Once you acknowledge receipt of the appliances, they cannot be returned. If there are dents at the back, or if you don't notice any dents, they are yours to keep. The stove was sub standard, the coil connections are not properly installed and up to this day, the elements do not heat up properly. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM- they will sell you the worst quality appliance that is in stock.

We recently bought a stove from Appliance Canada and we were very impressed with the knowledge of the salesman. He knew his stuff. We thought that we could have gotten a better price but we loved the stove and bought it anyways. Great place!

The applicance canada service was great. We dealt with the vice-president and he was very personable and wasn't pushy. I felt like he was really listening to what we were looking for. Overall, our experience there was worth coming back for and will bring us back. It was also very clean and spacious.

We were looking for appliances for our new home &amp someone suggested appliance Canada. The gentleman who helped me was very informative and was not pushy. We ended up purchasing all our appliances from their retailer.

Great showroom with huge range of products (from basic to top end), I purchased all my appliances for my new house from the store. Salesperson (Kao) was very informative and practical with information/recommendations, prices were very competitive. Small slip up with a wrong part for one appliance but it was remedied quickly and to our satisfcation. Deliverymen were excellent, very conscientious and polite (shovelled show to clear a path to door when we had not done so and laid a cardboard box path from front door to kitchen so as not to damage our hardwood floors).

Paul Weiss was our sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and professional. It is very refreshing when such a large purchase is made so easy. I purchased all my appliances here including my Tv and home theatre. I will highly recommend Appliance Canada to all my friends

Purchased a stainless steel refrigerator, stove range and washer/dryer for our first new home. Free delivery and appliances arrived on time. The delivery gentelemen were very professional and did a great job moving the heavy appliances in without any hiccups. The salesperson at Appliance Canada was helpful in showing us what we were looking for and answered all of our questions. Great quality appliances and the prices were reasonable. Excellent Experience and highly recommend shopping here for your appliance needs.

Steve Miller assisted me in my selection of new appliances for the kitchen renovation. It was such a pleasure to have a skilled salesman, who KNOWS his products. So many times, when I am purchasing a product , I ask a question only to have the salesman read from a promotional brochure and cannot add anyhting else to it. Thi I could do myself. A knowledgeable sales person is invaluable.

Purchased all of our appliances from here. Appliances were priced well but only after negotiations and delivery was very fast and efficient. I would reccommend dealing with Sergi, not all the sales people were that friendly.

When I priced out similar products, I did not get the best prices at Appliance Canada. Also, they refused to give me prices over the phone which I found frustrating, as it is expected that people price things out when making major purchases.
