I called Pesticon based on their HomeStars reviews, and the service was as promised: prompt, cordial (Waheed was my rep), knowledgeable, reassuring, patient and effective. I was especially appreciative of flexibility on the payment schedule and Waheed's follow-up to make sure the problem had been resolved (in my case, a mice infestation).

We just moved into a new house. When an electrician was changing pot lights near a fire place, he noted that there was a huge bee hive inside our ceiling. We called Pesticon. Eventhough Waheed was fully booked for the day, he squeezed us in when he heard our story. He came within an hour and removed the bee hive quite quickly and professionally. Thank you Waheed.

We had a yellow jacket nest directly beside our back door that was becoming a big problem. At first we thought we could deal with it ourselves, but had cold feet, so decided to bite the bullet and pay someone else for their expertise. It was in an exterior wall crevice which made it difficult to see where the entry point was. We called Pesticon because of the great reviews on Homestars. A technician showed up within 24 hours, sprayed the length of the wall thoroughly, and advised the wasps should die out within a day or so. He was right - we haven't had a problem since. He was very punctual, friendly and efficient. They also provide a 6 month guarantee. Would highly recommend.

I called Pesticon on a Sunday afternoon a few weeks ago in the hopes that they would be able to help me with 2 wasps nests I had on my property, as well as talk to me about a mouse I spotted running through my garage. They asked if Tuesday morning at 10am would work for Mr. Ahmed to come by the house. I was thrilled that they could come so quickly. Mr. Ahmed was right on time on Tuesday morning! I showed him where the wasps had built their nests, and in no more than 15 minutes, both had been taken care of. No problem! We then went into the garage, and I showed Mr. Ahmed where I had spotted the mouse. He put a couple of bait boxes in the garage and told me not to fret. Issue #2 resolved in a matter of minutes. I then decided to show Mr. Ahmed where I believed raccoons had been crawling under my fence in the backyard, and he was kind enough to give me a couple of ‘home remedies’ to help with this issue. Throughout the whole process, Mr. Ahmed was extremely courteous and very professional. I will absolutely be recommending him to anyone who asks for a pest removal referral. Thanks Waheed!!

They took a picture of the problem (to save us from going up the roof with them!), explained what they were going to do and did the job very well. Hoepfully, the squirrels are gone for good! I had been waking up in the morning with some itchy bites. There weren't many of thm, but they were in threes and my brain instantly assumed the worst- the dreaded bed bugs. Waheed came out the next day to check my bed and the surrounding areas. He was very kind and professional. After searching the seams of the mattress and the end caps of my box spring, he lifted up the box spring to see underneath. He found a couple of spiders hanging on and then a couple more in the corner behind the bed. Thankfully it's nothing a good vacuuming can't solve. He gave me peace of mind and for that I am very thankful. From now on I won't let my weak arms keep me from lifting out my bed to vacuum the area. Thanks Waheed!

There were wasps all over my back porch-swarming and buzzing. After looking for advice on Home Stars I called Pesticon. Waheed came out in 2 hours. He removed the nest safely,cleaned up the mess and taped the hole. He was very professional and courteous-and the price was fair.His service is guaranteed though he seemed certain the wasps were gone for good. I would recommend this company. Thank you.

Excellent, on time and friendly service. Very economical and result orientated. I had problem with mice in my house and just for one visit its been resolved.He visited the house three times to check everything and guide us how to keep pests out of the house.

To our horror we started noticing house centipedes in our brand new home after 2 weeks of moving in. Within those first 3 days, I killed 20+ of them ranging in sizes and ugliness. I had enough the day I noticed one hanging from the roof in our 3rd Floor BEDROOM! Waheed, worked his magic, walked us threw the simple process and for the last 2-3 weeks we have not even seen one live one and only a few dead ones during those first few days. Thanks Waheed! We caught a bedbug problem just starting in a detached house. Called Pesticon based on good reviews here and elsewhere. Waheed Ahmed advised us over the phone, came next morning, did a comprehensive inspection and spraying. No sign of bugs after that, but he came back two weeks later to recheck and respray -- will come again if needed. Excellent service, good advice.
