We hired Pesticon to treat for termites when we bought our house in 2009. The problem didnt return for nearly 13 years. Pesticon treated our house again and now we pay an annual fee (the $350 mentioned) for regular inspections and any needed treatments. I found one sign of termites in one location this month, and thought itd just need a quick spray. Pesticon did an inspection, and decided it needed a more thorough treatment, even though it means more time and expense for them. Im confident that theyll honour their promises and their guarantees.

Before we moving into our new rentals, landlord scheduled appoinent with pesticon for cockroaches.. Now we dont see any cockroaches in our house... They did a follow up..And have'nt had any issues with chemicals.. Imran from Pesticon is amazing. Explained the things should be taken care of..
