Great service, great technician with very clear explanations on what to expect. Call in the morning after we saw a mouse and by lunch time a technician came over and put all in place for mice control.

The serviceman came within the time that they had allotted for us and was very professional and very informative as to our situation with mice after inspecting are home. He put out traps and bait, and informed us of what will happen and to contact back if within 3 to 4 weeks we still have an issue. After the home inspection inside he went outside and inspected the home surroundings to make sure that there was no entry points from the outside for mice to get in. Thank you Pesticon

We had issues with flies in our basement for weeks. I called the company at noon and by 2pm one of their guys was already at our house doing and extermination. Problem solved in 30mins! Would highly recommend Pesticon to anyone having pest and insect issues.

I called Pesticon in the Etobicoke area immediately following a rodent issue that I was experiencing in my basement ceiling. Jason and Andre Ward responded immediately, and came out to my residence within a few days to deal with my rodent issues. Within the next couple of days, I started to notice that this issue was rectifying itself. Any calls, questions and or concerns I had following there service call were answered in a timely fashion and attended to immediately. Unfortunately, my rodent issue started again because the rodents had found another entry pathway into my home. My 6-month guarantee was honoured without any dispute; I also received follow-up calls, and messages to ensure that this issue had corrected itself. Since my last service call, I have had no further issues. Thank you Jason and Andre for the great customer service, your responsive professionalism and the patience you took with me while I was dealing with this matter. My parents trees were destroyed this year and we were worried it was termites. Pesticon asked for pictures and asked a number of questions and was able to assess that it was not termites but carpenter ants and that this was something to deal with in the spring. I was really impressed by the level of knowledge, the professionalism, integrity and honesty. I look forward to working with Pesticon in the spring.

I have a mouse problem so i called this company based on the reviews. I am sorry I did. It was a waste of money. They kept coming back over 4 times. Finally they refused to come back. The mice are still here. The poison they used was eaten (green droppings were noticed), but they did not die. Now they no longer eat it. All they did for 450 dollars is through down some bait. A two minute job. Same thing on their return visits. Would I recommend? Obviously not. It was a waste of money and time. I would do better with a cat.

Great service, professional, communicative and effective!! The treatment lasts and follow up is practiced if necessary. Also safe and reliable. I would fully recommend to others!! The cost is reasonable and comes with a guarantee as well.
