i am working as property manager in scarborough building we have one of the big company working with us from years and years and one day we got surprised oou compactor room was full of cockroaches we call our company to whom we are giving the business they show up and try to solve the problem but after one week the cockroaches were still there .Then we decide to call some one else and we called Pesticon and me my property owners feel great we made right decison . we are now 100% cockroch free thanks Pesticon 10 RATING is not enough how great this company is.

He is so professional and has full knowledge about his profession. He arrived at my place at the given time, took time to fully explain me the problem , its solution and explain how can I avoid this problem in future. He treated the problem, gave me guarantee and call me back for follow up. I got peace of mind in a very reasonable cost and especially in timely fashion. I found Pesticon through the Better Business Bureau. I had fears that some companies in this industry were fly-by-night operations and bedbugs can be a persistent pest. I called Ahmed and he answered all of my questions patiently and took the time to visit the house to conduct his own assessment. Afterwards, he confirmed the extent of the problem and even quoted me a very competitive price with better terms than any other company offered. Although I shudder at the idea of another infestation, I know that Ahmed will be the right one to call should anything happen. Highly recommened.

Summer of 2008, my wife, child and myself started getting insanely itchy bug bites and we had no idea where we were getting them. After over a month of a literal hell, we called Abell pest control. They charged me $90 to 'take a look' and then another $160 to spray...needless to say, they could not find anything, nor did it take care of the problem. We then called Orkin. They came, looked around the house, found nothing and left. (At least that was free) We were ready to sell the house, all of our stuff and start a new life when my wife said, 'OK, one more try." She found Pesticon. They came, and within 15 minutes, had found the problem, sprayed and took care of it. And the best part was, 'if they come back, call me and I will come back and re-spray...as many times as is needed within 9 months.' We had to call Pesticon back 2 more times, but we are now totally bug free. He was the only company that 1. found the problem, 2. sprayed appropriately for the problem, and 3. guaranteed his work. Professionalism should be the name of the company. They are immaculate and friendly and the only Pest Control company that anyone should use. I have recommended them to everyone I know that might have an issue and I have not once heard anyone say anything that was not positive about the company. 10 is not a high enough rating.

My son's apartment became infested with bed bugs. I called Pesticon to get rid of the bed bugs. Pesticon responded before all other companies I called. I was able to make an app't promptly within a couple of days. The man who came to spray was ver professional and sprayed the apartment with a minimum of mess. He gave good advice and was discreet. Since my son sometimes sleeps over at my place I noticed that the bedroom my son uses also had some bedbugs. The man also came to my home and sprayed the bedroom and hallway with little inconvenience to me. He was most accommodating and I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would without reservation highly recommend Pesticon to anyone who has a pest control problem. Pesticon is the best!
