I dug up some weeds in the front garden and unfortunately disturbed a carpenter ant nest. I had a window open on the house about 30 feet away. I thought nothing of it until that evening when I saw a few ants inside by the window. I still thought nothing of it until the next morning when there were hundreds of ants all over the window and radiator. I tried to control them with store-bought powder but after 3 days I realized I was losing the battle and need professional help as hundreds became thousands. I started calling early Friday morning on July 7 but was met with voice mails. I finally reached one well-known company but they said they wouldn't make it for FOUR days. By that time, I would not have been able to live in the house so was shocked. That is not an acceptable response time. I called the next one on my list, which was Pesticon. Someone actually answered the phone - no voice mail. In LESS than 2 hours Talib was at my house spraying the window frames, baseboards, around doors and outside the house and the area where I had found the nest. The next morning there were zero ants. What a relief this was. As Pesticon explained, it would take several weeks to get rid of them all because of their cycle of reproduction. They were right, by the middle of week 4, there were completely gone. Their being at my house within 2 hours was exceptional service and this is the kind of response that is needed for this kind of problem. These ants reproduce at alarming rates and I cannot imagine what my house would have looked like had they not come when they did. One recommendation - I had used store-bought ant powder to try to control them so when Talib came he had to get the powder off the windows and rads which made quite a mess as the powder was tracked through the house as he went about to spray the different rooms and floors. I had never had a fumigation before so had no idea how it worked. Had I known, I would have cleaned up the powder in advance to avoid the mess. It might be a good idea to ask clients if they used anything and what it was and guide them accordingly as far as preparing the area for the fumigation. Furniture also had to be moved to get to the baseboards so that is something I could have prepared for as well. We do not have a lot of furniture or decorations, etc. so not a big issue for us but I can imagine it could be in some houses. Just something else to think about. Thank you Talib and Pesticon. Had there service come today with a email reminder the day before which was great. Jason was the service tech and explained what was going to been done, so i understood about the process and the safety around my dog. If next year brings me wasps again, for sure will deal with pesticon and request Jason.

We retained Pesticon through Jiffy on Demand to remove a wasp nest in our backyard. A very nice employee came by and removed the nest without us having to be home. We received a call and confirmation that the nest had been removed. There was a slight mix up with billing that was easily sorted out. We are very impressed with Waheed and his team's amazing customer service. We will be recommending Pesticon to everyone in our neighbourhood.

Had a tricky wasp nest removal from inside a wall. After the first treatment, there was a bit of a misunderstanding between myself and the company. I have had a bad luck summer dealing with vendors for my home, so I was ready to fight on the phone when I called the company back. However, Blair, who followed up with myself and my wife, was just amazing. Very professional and responsive and got out to our home the next morning to address our concerns. No additional cost and super prompt! Very very good company, I would definitely recommend them. Customer service is clearly a priority for them. Also, wasps don't dare look in our home's direction anymore.

Pesticon was truly outstanding. They were on time and as soon as you open the door, you know they are friendly!! He came and performed the work right away. And he even took pictures to show me the scope of the ant problem... they were living in between the cracks of the steps. As soon as they were sprayed, the ants started scrambling!! As well, he sprayed the surrounding area and so far no more ants. Great work, great service! Would definitely recommend!!

The technician was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Excellent customer service both on the phone and in person. I upgraded to the Gold Package which guarantees their work for up to one year and as many as 5 return visits. The centipedes, spiders and ants that were inhabiting our home have been relinquished to the outdoors. Highly recommended.

We heard a strange noise in the attic. We could tell it wasn't a mammal and suspected it was insects but could not identify what it was by the sound. I had to call at least 7 companies who said they didn't handle things like that until I found Pesticon. Long story short Blair and another associate came out on their time on a Sunday morning. He was able to identify very quickly that it was an active wasp nest in the corner of the attic that was creating that noise. It took a while for him to treat it and get it out. He was dripping in perspiration from being in the hot attic and covered in fiberglass by the time he was finished. I really appreciate his effort and insistence that he would resolve the problem. I also appreciate him coming out on the weekend to help us out. I would highly recommend Blair. He is why this company was Best Choice for so many years.

The wasps don't appear to be coming back after the chemical treatment which is a relief. I used Homestars to get some quotes and the response was very quick by Pesticon. I was able to book a time the next day. One minor note is that the technician was late for the appointment - so perhaps next time I could get a call letting me know there was traffic or an issue.
