We called Renato and he serviced our furnace that same day and he arrived on time. He was very honest and upfront(unlike some of those other guys). He inspected our 16 year old furnace and could have told us that we needed all sorts of parts, but he was honest and we appreciate that about him. He even followed up a few days later to make sure the furnace was running OK. Great customer service! We highly recommend this company.

Renato is a remarkable find. He did a wonderful job installing our furnace 2 years ago. He makes sure to come back every year to make sure its ok and running well and he efficiently calls us he even had a look at our conditioning unit.and he did not install it. My air conditioner had ice around the pipes outside, we had never had this experience before so we did some research online to try and fix it ourselves. We had recently changed the air filter so we knew this was not the problem. I called Renato and explained the situation, he told me what he thought the problem was and would send someone to my house later that day. Charlie was able to diagnose the problem and give a solution. He was very polite and was willing to explain the problem so that I understood. My air conditioner is now working and the price was reasonable. Renato also called back a couple hours after Charlie was finished to ensure we were happy with the service and to ask if we had any other questions. Thanks Charlie and Renato!!!

RENATO AND PETER COMING QUICKLY TO THE RESCUE MY AC BROKEN COMPRESSOR WE CALL RENATO EARLY MORNING LAST WEDNESDAY HE COMING QUICKLY CHECK OUR AC AND FIND THAT COMPRESSOR IS BURNT RENATO PICK UP PHONE AND ORDERING COMPRESSOR NEXT MORNING COMING HIM AND PETER AND FOR 3 HOURS CHANGE AND AGAIN I HAVE COMFORTABLE COOLING IN MY HOUSE. Renato and Peter is coming one day when our ac is not working properly my coil is freezing up i think is gona cost lots off money but this two guys coming and make may day happy coming fined that my ac is ok only problem filter on my furnace is solid plug i totally forget that we must change filter evry 3 month and drain every year.Renato is very good person listen everything and coming to rescue.Thanks again for fast response

Renato was punctual for the initial appointment. He then provided us with a few suggestions on different units for our home. When he installed the unit he did a superb job . The old fittings were removed and the job site was left neat and tidy! Look forward to having him return in the fall to assess the furnace and update the humidifier. We will be referring Renato to our friends and family.
