Dean and his crew at Royal Renovations finished our 20 yr old untouched basement(which was a disaster) from scratch. It now boasts the works and we couldn't be happier with the professional looking finshed result. It is now absolutely gorgeous and we love it! Ours was a big project and one that we knew would take a significant amount of time. To be honest, having young children still at home, we were concerned about the potential disruption to our lives. However, once Royal Renovations got started, we knew we had made the right choice. To start, all of the workers who entered our home were respectful, courteous, and clean throughout the duration of our project. More importantly they were knowledgeable and skilled. Any questions or concerns that we had along the way were adressed thoroughly and respectfully. Never did we fear that any aspect of our project would not be finished to our satisfaction. Furthermore, I feel that this company went out of their way to make us continue to feel comfortable in our home despite the sheer number of workers that were sometimes in our house. We truly feel fortunate that we chose this company for our project. I would not hesitate to recommend Royal Renovations to any of my family or friends considering a renovation project of any size.

From our initial meeting to the completion of the project, Dean and his crew have exceeded all expectations. The project was on-time, on-budget and the final product is better than we could have imagined. Dean and his team were open to some changes we made along the way and made suggestions to ensure the project was a success. Every person on this project who came to the house was polite, on time and friendly which made the experience that much better. We are so thrilled with Royal Renovations, that we're having them come back for another project involving crown molding and painting. I highly recommend Dean and his team for any home project you are considering!

Dean and the boys did a wonderful bathroom reno as well as some interior painting for me. They were friendly, neat and got the job done when they said they would. Dean was great in offering to do some extra things that were not included in the oringinal contract. I look forward to having them work on my next reno job. A great goup of hard working guys.! I highly recommend them for any home reno or even some smaller projects that just never seem to get done.

Our reno involved the total gutting of a 20 year old bathroom and replacing it with an evironment that users have described as like " being in an expensive hotel ". The work was done extremely well and the result is problem free. During the rip out phase, a poorly fabricated roof joist was removed and replaced with a much more structurally sound design. The crew was especially pleasant and were extremely neat and clean with their work.... a minimum of dust and dirt. We would have them back for any job and would reccomend them to anyone. Royal Renovations were very professional and friendly with lots of good suggestions. Can't say enough about them and they truly worked with us. They have good quality craftsmanship and work ethics. They left things clean and tidy at the end of the day. The bathroom looks so fresh and new, thank you Dean, Tom and Nickie. I will have them back for any future jobs and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I am very happy with the work and professionalism of Royal Renovations. They were friendly and courteous right from the beginning. During their time with us, the team was prompt, reliable and clean. Our basement turned out better then we ever imagined. Dean listened to exactly what we wanted, and made very helpful suggestions in such a professional yet friendly manner. His crew was also very friendly and polite, and were always ensuring things were cleaned up before they left. At the outset Dean told us completion would be within 4 weeks, and that’s exactly what it took. Royal Renovations, Dean, and his team were professional throughout the job. Other than the finished product and their time taken attentively, we've never experienced a crew that cleaned up EVERY day. Certainly makes for easier living during a renovation with a large family!! They'll be back to do more for us.
