I was very pleased with the service that Otto and his team provided. They did the job quickly, for a fair price, and it is well done. I am very gald that I hired them.

Otto came out to do the quote within a day or two. He then sent out a guy to do the work. Excellent job. IT was a very busy time of year, so I was impressed at how quickly the work was completed.

Otto's is outstanding. The whole team is great. From start to finish Otto's is a pleasure to deal with. Otto's pays attention to detail. They are very professional. I will always call them when I need them.

Otto has completed two projects for me - one residential and one commercial. In both cases, the work was done on time and in a very professional manner. His staff were courteous, quiet and worked in a clean and safe manner. I could not be more pleased and would recommend them without reservation.

Otto took great care of some of our clients. They were doing a small basement addition and underpinning of an existing room in the basement. The site was incredibly tight. Otto and his guys were extremely careful and diligent in their work. They paid close attention to the neighbours property. The project was completed on time and with no problems. I was fortunate to learn of Otto’s Masonry from a friend. Otto’s Masonry did a large project for me which included replacing a retaining wall, building a paving stone walkway, redoing a large section of brickwork and building a set of concrete steps. These projects included the use of four different types of decorative materials. I was impressed with the ongoing attention to detail that produced not only a beautiful result – better than I had envisioned – but attention to detail that made sure that all work supported and promoted the structural integrity of my house. All company staff were a pleasure to work with.

This is by far the best experience I have ever had with any contractor!!! I have a 100 year old house and thanks to Otto, he made it look almost new again. Otto give us a fair price and did an outstanding job on the back of my house. My wife and I were thrilled to see the results of his work. Dave you did an amazing job! We hired Otto and his crew to remove our crumbling concrete sills and replace them with stone sills. It was a very big job with about 40 sills to do. The stonemasons were all very skillful, hardworking, and courteous. The job was more difficult than anticipated but despite his cost overrun, Otto stuck with his estimate. Very professional service and the work done was excellent. I will recommend this company to my friends.

We can’t express how happy we are with our decision to hire Otto’s Masonry to do the tuckpointing and rebuilding the walls of our deteriorating front porch. It is rare to receive such a high level of professionalism, craftsmanship and extremely pleasant staff that goes to extra mile to do a superb job! Once we bought our 1930 house we knew that one thing that would have to be taken care of is tuckpointing. Otto came back then and gave us a very reasonable quote, but unfortunately we ended up having to postpone it as there were other more pressing issues to take care of and no budget to cover it all. About two years later, and few incidents of rodents entering the house, tuckpointing became more of a priority. We called Otto again, and to our surprise Otto decided to adhere to the quote he gave us previously. A quote that was quite competitive compared to other quotes we received at the time. From the beginning everything was a positive experience… and if there were surprises they were only wonderful surprises. Eckhard did most of the job. We can’t say enough about Eckhard, he is truly amazing; he took lots of time to carefully match the mortar colour, and had to do it often as the mortar colour is really uneven in our house. There are multiple shades even in a single wall, and one really has to take great care to avoid a patchy look. On top of that he was extremely pleasant and improved the look of the house in ways we did not expect. It was all his initiative and his own standard of doing it the best it could be done! Eckhard was joined by his brother Ernie, and again we can’t say enough about how pleasant and professional they both are. After carefully working on all the walls Eckhard ended up spending a fair amount of time on rebuilding our front porch which was simply falling apart. He did a superb job basically working with the same materials but completely transforming it. Even though it involved more work then initially estimated Otto kept the price as quoted. In short we can’t be more pleased with this company. Every step of the way went smoothly and the results are beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Otto’s Masonry with absolutely no hesitation. Thank you Otto, Eckhard, Ernie, and also Tony that takes care to promptly reply any phone calls or e-mail messages. It was a wonderful experience working with you!

Otto and his team did a fine job. The project was of very high quality and the price's very reasonable. Otto's team has shown diligence and dedication to come as early as they could fit me in their busy schedule, which greatly benefited my pending roof project that has been waiting to start. The site was left very clean and all waste materials removed. I'd also like to mention that it's really pleasant to deal with Otto's team, and thanks Tony for answering all of our questions! I'd have no hesitation to use Otto's Masonry for other future projects and in recommending Otto's Masonry to all my friends.
