I would highly recommend Legacy because they did an amazing job from start to finish. My kitchen is beautiful. We popped into Legacy showroom and met Allison who was the right person to help us. Legacy has great products and awesome customer service.

Legacy Kitchens was a great asset to my renovation! The Designer, Allison, understood what I was looking for right away and made suggestions to support my vision. Allison was helpful, prompt, and understanding. She helped me make decisions to stay within my budget. The Installer, James, was considerate of my home and time. His attention to detail was excellent and he went the extra mile to make the installation the best it could be. I feel very comfortable recommending Legacy Kitchens!

Paul Wedel kitchen designer exceeded our expectations. Met every one of our needs! His kitchen design was a masterpiece. He is known as the "kitchen magician". Paul Seguin - kitchen installer - amazing!! His skill impeccable. Rob Furneaux - skilled and patient construction renovator. Loved his skill and demeanour. The trades that Paul recommended: hardwood and tile were amazing as well. The process and organization by May at Legacy Kitchens was outstanding.

My wife and I were looking to reno our kitchen, I was informed by a friend who used to install for Legacy that we would do well to speak with this company, we were approached by friendly staff and helped us with our choices, they kept us informed with all the latest updates for delivery and schedule and delivered and installed when they said they would, the workman ship was excellent and follow up was quick, any issues were resolved and actually brought to our attention by Legacy, I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any kitchen reno's, it is a high quality product with the service to match.

Excellent job in renovating a 20 year old kitchen. Guidance and planning went extremely well. Demolition was significant but done in a professional manner that did not impact the rest of the home. Work was done on time and on budget. Love the result. Acknowledging my bias; friends/guests have also made positive comments. Would highly recommend. Will be moving on to bathrooms with the same people/organization.

After wasting a couple of months visiting several lacklustre kitchen companies, and even investigating trying to do this ourselves (daft idea!), we happened upon a neighbour's kitchen. Er, wow! Referral made to Legacy. From the get-go, this was a company that inspired confidence. Paul W is a talented and hardworking designer who knows his stuff. He designs every millimetre of your space with purpose. Finally, we were offered something that was inspirational. The schedule arrived (thank you to May for her work too) and the next 7 weeks were plotted out, to the day. And you know, they kept to it, pretty much to the day (the final piece was a few days over but by that time we were in and functioning). As at July 7, 2017 we have been using these new spaces in our home for about 6 weeks now. And I can't express enough how much is has changed the way we use our home. Every room has been reconfigured. Some more simply, the kitchen more functional and all of it beautiful. I can't quite believe this is ours! The team of people that Legacy use work well together - you can tell they are familiar with each other, they know their role, the contractors must bump into each other and cross over all the time - they know their job and have have the skills to back it up. This is the first time in a long (long) time where we have been given what was promised and it rebuilds our faith that there are still some quality folks out there. We decided to remain in the house throughout the renovation - and we won't blow smoke - it was hard, and dusty and frustrating. We had emptied the contents of the old kitchen into an upstairs bedroom, and every room looked like a junk sale for a while. But that's a bit of a first world problem, huh? But the cool part was to be able to come home everyday and mark the progress. Thank you to Paul W, to all the office staff, and to the contractors who helped this become a reality for us. And my final word is that if you are hum'ing and hah'ing about whether to remove that corner pantry - go for it!

The cabinet layout and installation, along with the plumbing and electrical work were all completed as expected. The follow-up work was hassle free and didn't stop until we were completely satisfied. Well done.

Our new home cabinetry was a significant piece of our new homes budget and I'm very pleased with my experience at Legacy. I was impressed with their staff- specifically the Designer, Paul W. He is really helpful, well organized and excellent when working with the flow, functioning and details of the entire space. He proved he put in some genuine thought in addition to his years of experience. I'm happy with the way it's turned out.

If you are embarking on a home renewal journey, look no farther than Legacy. When we purchased our home, we knew it would need to be updated and opened up and had many design visions we hoped could come to life. It is a very tenuous thing, trying to find a company that you can entrust with your family's dream of creating the "perfect home" that meets YOUR family's specific needs and tastes, but you can have faith that Legacy will do just that. Their reputation for craftsmanship, style and absolutely superlative service from the initial design process right through to completion is so well deserved. We can not offer enough accolades to the Legacy team. Jason, who designed a kitchen and cabinetry throughout the home on all levels/rooms to match and honour our vision and needs, was amazing. His experience, knowledge, perfectionism and genuine care can be seen in the in the elegant lines and graceful presence of our home reno for the moment you step into our entry. The entire process was so meticulously co-ordinated and organized by May that we gave her the absolutely truthful title of "Goddess". She is a gift in that she not only organized all the multitudinous and minute aspects of the work to be done by all the trades, but she was always there to support you by answering any queries about the process, checking in to see how you were and with such wonderful grace and wit. You can not fake genuine care and desire to help your reno journey to be as smooth and satisfying as possible. We can honestly not give enough glowing comments about the trades that Legacy selectively deals with either. It is so sad that these days all you seem to hear are horror stories regarding how badly things went awry during their reno that should have been so full of excitement and joy. We were in such highly skilled, good hands with Legacy's team of contractors that the process honestly was a wonderful dream. How many times have you heard someone mention 'reno' and 'wonderful' in the same breathe? Every place we went, be it for plumbing fixtures, quartz counters/backsplash, handle hardware, flooring...Legacy could not have been dealing with better quality companies and people. That is one thing we noted specifically - these are people that have worked together as a team enough that you can see that they are a "work family". The camaraderie, trust and respect they have for each other, it was blatant and indescribably rare to see in this day and age - this is coming from clients who have background knowledge of the reno process. That is why we describe Legacy itself as a 'family' and feel like we were so fortunate become part of that family. They take deserved pride in their craftsmanship and service, consistently going above and beyond to see that you were completely satisfied. A final note - things do go wrong during a renovation - you never know what is behind a wall you have taken down, or there is some malfunction. We can attest to the fact that Legacy will make it right. Their goal is to take care of you and those are not empty words. During or after the process, they honour their word. That is absolutely priceless. We choose to deal with Legacy Kitchen due to the knowledge/creativity of Designer Kelly as well as the quality of the products and great selection. Everyone we dealt with from different departments including the company Legacy do business with Icon Stone & Tile was great, professional, experienced and on schedule definitely a most.
