When I walked in to End of the Roll in Burlington, Ani, one of the salespeople, asked if I needed help. I did--more help than I realized at the time. Ani has a keen eye for colour and helped me pick out flooring that was reasonably priced and looked as if it would work with the decor.... But the help I didn't anticipate was the care that Ani showed when my husband's terminal illness got worse. I had purchased carpeting but was worried that the inevitable off-gassing would further harm Don's damaged lungs. When I asked Ani if there was any chance her company could store the carpet until after Don's death, a date unknown at that time, she didn't hesitate. She called the head office, got back to me promptly to say my request was approved, and assured me that the carpet would be available when I was ready for the installation. It's about nine months later, three months after Don's death, and the carpet is installed. All of this happened seamlessly (no pun intended) without any additional cost (thank you End of the Roll). At a time of great stress, I greatly appreciated Ani's support and willingness to help. Oh, and did I add that her colour recommendations are perfect?

I highly recommend you choose this company for your future carpet installation needs. Bekim and Xani are both very experienced people who have been in the business for over 30 years. They are also very respectful and can spark a conversation with anybody, even the boring guys. I love these guys and I can trust them for any carpet jobs in the future as I had these lads come over here to install my stairs, and it looked amazing, even after a few months now it still looks brand new. While all this being said, I highly suggest you give this company a try, as my family and I have and we haven't regretted it ever since, thanks End Of The Roll!

We have used End of the Roll in Burlington three times for different properties, and have been very pleased every time. Professional, and on time! Most recently we had them install a new stair runner and carpeting in the hallway. Ani and Joel were wonderful to deal with, and the installers arrived on our target date, completing the job beautifully! We highly recommend this location. Thanks for a another great job!

When Joel heard that we needed technical advice, he stayed and helped even though his work day was over. He looked up our records and told us exactly what we needed in terms of product and process. We are very happy with the result.

Recently we got our living room and family room installed with laminate. Dave and Joel helped us with selection and explained professionally about laminate. Joel came to measure and Ozi finished work on time and gave all the finishing touches. We are extremely happy with job and would recommend them to everyone for their flooring needs

We weren't sure what we needed, but the staff helped us find a perfect runner for our curved staircase. Great price, excellent service, and the job was completed within a week! Go here if you need flooring!

I had 2 experiences with this company. The first one was very good. I paid extra to have the furniture moved out of the room as my mother is elderly and we had no one to help. The carpet installers were 2 young, strong men who did an excellent job. They carefully moved the furniture, installed the carpet and then moved the furniture back. They disconnected and then re-connected the tv system easily. The second room I had done was a disaster. Even though I had once again paid extra for furniture moving, only 1 man showed up and seemed very confused that he was expected to move anything. I told him the job was too much for 1 person as I did not want anything damaged. I called "J" the salesman I had ordered from the store and he said he would come out in a few hours to "help" move the furniture. If I hadn't already moved out everything that I could already, I would have cancelled by this point. "J" had assumed that the furniture could "easily be dragged" into the next room by one man. I said that since I had paid for furniture moving, I expected it not to be dragged. The attitudes of both these men was disrespectful and one seemed angry. I guess "J" expected to pocket the extra moving money without providing any service?? "J" left and the other guy installed the carpet and then his wife arrived to help?!?! They installed the carpets, moved the furniture back and left me a huge mess.
