Workamship fine. Colour absolutely not what you pick from the samples. Nothing close to what we chose. Pictures of our sample picked and the finished product were given to the Company. They advised their samples could not be relied upon as they were 7 years old. Not too many customers are willing to wait 7 years to get the colour they pick !! Buyer beware. We picked the colour to match the natural stone at our front door and are stuck with a "cream" patio and "a generous" offer of a whopping 25% off our first seal. Money was not the issue at all - all we wanted was the patio that we ordered and not one that looks like The Man From Glad (light cream) layed it. We were constantly in touch with PCM from the dying of the concrete till the end as we knew it was wrong but their response was always the same - "wait till it is sealed". We did. It was worse. I recommended them at the beginning (pre-dying) to a few neighbours and work associates. I subsequently had to withdraw my recommendations based on the outcome. I would not recommend them in future.

We had a great experience with Patterned Concrete. The team always came on time according to schedule. They started and completed the project on time. The crew was very polite throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had. They were professional and prompt in returning our calls and emails. The end result was beautiful and we would definitely recommend Patterned Concrete.

Mario and Susy were great! Lots of information, and they answered all my questions. The team showed up according to schedule and the end result WAS beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a chip and several cracks the first year...and more cracks the second year. Some of the cracks are 75 inches long. Luca - the Service Manager has reinforced that the warranty doesn't cover cracks, and after the first year (which he will do for free), the minimum charge is $160 + hst. I'm not sure what the warranty covers. I'd never invest in this type of patio again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very knowledgeable sales staff, made recommendations on design and price was competitive. Once the contract was signed, we met quickly with the design team, we made modifications as needed, then met Susy, where she carefully explained the project and all the steps. The project was completed on schedule, the various crews were polite, helpful and competent. We asked for a minor adjustment during construction and Dino and team quickly accommodated our request. Very happy with the work, very highly recommended.

After looking at many stamped concrete pathways and driveways in my neighborhood, I was most impressed with the jobs Patterned Concrete had done. I was pleasantly surprised that their quote was very competitive with other contractors and their no charge 5 year warranty was a big plus in their favour. We had a pathway and driveway done. Their level of professionalism in design, presentation, promptness in returning our calls and emails and getting the job done on time were outstanding. They made many helpful design suggestions which were most appreciated . Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them.

I had a very good experience with Patterned Concrete, The pricing was competitive, the people were very good to deal with. The installers were polite and friendly, they always showed up when they promised and my walkway looks great. I would highly recommend this company.

Patterned Concrete has done my walkway in April. Their work is professional and each detail to the walkway was done fine and under good care. All procedures were on schedule. All my questions were answered immediately through e-mail and I really appreciated it. Thanks so much.

I spent a lot of time investigating various alternatives to redo my front driveway, walkway, porch and backyard. I was leaning towards stones as they look nice but the problem I foresaw was that the stone move/sink, sometimes soon after one winter. Then I noticed the conctrete work done by my neighbour. My investigation revealed that not only that it was looking good but also durable. My neighbour recommended Patterned Concrete, who did their job. During my investigation one person told me that his concrete was still good even after ten years. I therefore called them last winter to discuss the project. I felt comfortable and signed the contract. Before starting the job I had a detailed meeting in their office to discuss and choose, one of the drawings, colour of the concrete and pattern. They started the project as promised in the middle of April. The job was done within three weeks. There were number of stages till completion and noticed that their crew assigned for each step was professional, well trained and knew the stuff. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Now that it is completed, it appears great and I am happy that I made the right decision.

I have been a client of Patterned Concrete, Mississauga since 2002. They did a great job on my patio and walkway at my home. Their maintenance service is fantastic. Susy is always helpful and informative with any questions you have. This company is very committed to their clients and always reliable and helpful! I would highly recommend Patterned Concrete, Mississauga!!

My comments are best summarized by the following letter I sent to their President.Dear Peter, We have not met however I feel I know you through the experience I have had dealing with many of the employees in your organization. You have clearly developed an extremely customer focused culture in your organization. You have also hired extremely skilled individuals that know what they are doing and go about their job in a very efficient and thoughtful manner. Patterned Concrete's process is organized and precise. From the initial meeting and quote with Tom, to the design process with Yosef and Suzie everyone was pleasant and professional to deal with even as we made design changes. The work schedule provided was an excellent road map of exactly how the process would unfold. In fact, your company may very well be the best organized contractor service I have ever dealt with. Given that your organization has to adjust around weather conditions, the process was very smooth. I was continuously consulting the schedule and always was aware exactly where we were on the project. Ellio (a true master of a mini excavator) started his excavation on Sept. 29 and sealing was complete on Oct. 22 I was very impressed with your forming carpenter, Joseph who went about his work with precision and was not bothered by my questions throughout his work. I am convinced that this level of attention to the structure is a key to producing a great concrete job. I was also extremely impressed how Dino stepped in to offer his insights when he recognized that the initial layout would have to be adjusted to ensure structural integrity. Ryan and his grading/rebar crew and Carlos leading the pouring crew worked hard and focused to get the job done as quickly as possible. I was pleased to see Luke prepared to work on a Saturday to complete the parging. Speaking with him I could see how much pride he takes in doing the best job possible on the vertical stamping. In addition the key clean-up was performed as promised and the clean-up crew did a wonderful and complete job. The sealing was complicated by rain however as soon as it was clear your guys were here. The final product is beautiful and certainly exceeds my expectations. In summary, as a former President myself , I know how difficult it is to hire the right employees and develop a truly customer focused organization. You have achieved this and I congratulate you for this. Please pass on my sincere thanks to all those involved in my project.
