Being a professional my self I always appreciate any professional job done by anybody. From the time I called Patterned concrete for an estimate up till the job was finished it was all the professional touch that you only expect of the top notch company providing the expertise and services that you only dream of in Canada. There are plenty of concrete companies in the market but what differentiates this company from all other is nothing but total commitment and quality job. The design work, excavation, color selection and execution of the entire project just creates magic and the end product is so amazing and perfect that your eyes just stare at the finished product with sheer amazement. It was in fact the best decision I made to enhance the outlook of my house and the manner in which they have transformed the concrete into a piece of art is worth appreciating. Every person walking in front of my house stops for a while to look at this amazing job done by Patterned Concrete and many have already taken the reference. I will never suggest any body to go for any substandard work as you built your house only once and why not do a perfect job by the perfect professionals. Enhance the outlook of your house with so many choices of concrete patterns and enjoy the look of your house for the rest of the life. Amazing job done by Patterned Concrete, well done keep it up.

Had a patio, walkway and driveway curbs put in by PC this year, needless to say, it was a huge job, and we did our due diligence before deciding , and received quotes from a number of companies, and yes, we could have had it done for less, but after speaking with a couple of companies, apparent that having something like this done truly is a you get what you pay for situation - we wouldn't have a 5 year warranty, (we could have gotten a 90 day warranty, or we could have paid a huge price for an extended warranty) some companies weren't planning on even doing a compacted base (let alone rebar - and said it would take them 3 days start to finish), others were just going to use fiber reinforced concrete because (in the words of one of the companies) "it's just a patio, it’s not like you are going to park a car on it". When we met with PC for the initial quote, we were given a book of historical jobs that they have done with the insistence that before we sign anything, we should take a week and drive around to check out the jobs that had been done in the past to be able to see how they have held up and weathered the years. Everyone that I dealt with at PC Mississauga was great, From Servio, Josef and Susy at the office and especially Vlad who did a superhuman job - completing a huge amount of framing in a very short time and bringing the smallest of details to my attention, and the not-so-small army of guys (I think that it was about 20 of them) that started assembling on the lawn before 7:00 on a Saturday morning to do the pouring, patterning and colouring (and had to put up with a peanut gallery of gawkers watching them all work their butts off through the day). All the way through to the guys that came to do the aftercare; the cutting, polishing, power washing and the sealing (unfortunately I didn't get all of their names) For choosing the colours and the patterns, it was refreshing to be able to look at a sizable real life 3 dimensional piece of finished concrete outside at the head office - as opposed to try to visualize how a 2 dimensional picture out of a catalogue or a small chip would look in the real world. Post care and cleanup was also more than we expected, after they cut, and polished the whole thing (including hand polishing the edges), they spent several hours pressure washing absolutely everything, not just the patio and walkway, but also the sides of the house, the driveway and all of the windows (which was pretty much expected), but also the lawn and the road, even so far as to pressure wash the inside of the air conditioner and the trees on the front yard. All in total, we had about 1000 square feet poured, and this has not only increased the curb appeal of the house immensely, but most importantly it’s made our backyard much more enjoyable, usable and inviting. We’ve gotten more use out of our backyard in the few months since this has been done than we have in the full 2 preceding years and will also make it more useable year round, winter barbeques are going to be so much easier (even though it’s potentially more that I will need to shovel when it snows). We've received literally dozens of compliments on the work, one of my neighbours mentioned that people have actually stopped their cars and gotten out to take pictures of the walkway and the entrance to the house. Will have to see how it winters, but they've done a fair amount of work in our neighbourhood - many of those were done before we moved in (some of those I haven't seen the homeowners do any maintenance on in the 5 or so years that I've lived there) but they still look like they were done recently. So I really don’t have any concerns there.

Patterned Concrete built a new deck with steps and a side walkway for us this past summer which turned out amazing. We received a lot of compliments of the workmanship and the lovely color we picked out. The staff was great to deal with from start to finish. Very organized and the work was completed in a timely matter. We're looking forward to having them come back in the spring to do some more work for us.

We are delighted with the outcome of our new Patterned Concrete driveway and walkway. From the first meeting we were impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail and multitude of references. They took the time to map out every step of the process meticulously and provide all of the information and estimated dates of the work throughout the process. We always knew what was to be done next, when and what we needed to do to prepare for it. Our neighbours let us know what fabulous workers the various teams were as they all went about their work as any client would hope. We now know many more neighbours in our area (some from miles away) who have given us rave reviews of our new driveway as they observed the few week process to completion. I never knew I'd have a fondness for a driveway, as this was something my husband wanted done. I'm now a convert and really love how it's changed the entire look of our property for the better. I took a cab home from the airport from a business trip a few weeks ago and the taxi driver even comment "… very nice driveway Ma-am!!" Who would have thought?!

In 2006, we had our driveway, front walk and side walk to the backyard all done by Patterned Concrete. The work was well scheduled and completed on time. We were thrilled with the results and had a lot of great comments from visitors and neighbours. In 2010, we had a couple of issues with the sealer not adhering properly and two small cracks on the driveway. Susy, the customer service person at Patterned Concrete, looked after us in a very timely and professional manner; never once asking us to pay more. Unfortunately, after a few more years, the finish was a problem again, and in my view, this where Patterned Concrete separates itself from most other home renovation contractors. Instead of perhaps telling me the driveway was now over six years old, they told me there was a new type of sealer on the market, that would adhere better, not build up and would last longer. In order to put this product on, they would need to strip out the old sealer. I fully expected that they would charge me for some of this, but they didn't. The owner, Dino, called me personally and told me this was their issue and they would see it through. The work has just been completed by their technician, Luca, and we are delighted with the results. Our driveway looks like new. You wouldn't know it was over seven years old! We are also delighted with Patterned Concrete. Although there were a few small issues, we didn't have to chase them, they stood by their work and didn't try to charge us. As a result, we would highly recommend their company to anyone looking to have impressed concrete work done. If we ever move, we will call them again!

Followed up with us the date of service in a timely manner. The worker who came was very polite/ and did a great job on his own. So job well done. Another crew came few days after to finish minor repairs and touch -ups.

Early April 2012 Patterned Concrete Mississauga started a large project at our home. We had a double driveway, entrance with steps, side path and patio surrounding the pool with a new retaining wall at the back fence. We were able to work with the designs they provided to make quite a few adjustments, drawing upon their expertise to blend with our vision. Starting with excavation each aspect was handled by a different specialist crew. These crews were overseen by a project manager. As the work proceeded any concerns we had were addressed to our satisfaction. One of our main concerns was to make sure water was graded away from our house foundation. The work took 3 weeks to complete. We were impressed with how hard working and professional their employees were. When the backyard work was complete overall it looked quite bleak. However, once we painted the back fence, fixed the landscaping and installed a new pool liner everything pulled together and looks very nice. We receive many compliments. We waited for a whole year to pass before writing this review because we wanted to experience the result of all four seasons. As advised, we did not use salt on our driveway for the first winter. There was some ‘speckling’ on our driveway in April/May 2013 and Patterned Concrete Mississauga fixed this under warranty. We are pleased to recommend Patterned Concrete Mississauga.

We are very pleased with the way our Patterned Concrete driveway, patio and walkways turned out. It really looks like natural stone and has improved the curb appeal of our house so much. Their employees were prompt, professional and friendly at every step of the process, from sales to design to construction and cleanup. We appreciate that they were able to work around the repaving and curb replacement on our street. We would not hesitate to recommend Patterned Concrete.

I hired Patterned Concrete to do my driveway and veranda this summer. Before selecting them to do the job, I met with five different companies in total, including them. They impressed me right away with their knowledge of patterned concrete and their excellent customer service. Their is no comparison between Patterned Concrete and their 'so called' competitors. I have very high standards and they were able to meet and exceed all of my expectations. My driveway and veranda look beautiful, and I'm very happy with the overall professionalism, customer service, and ongoing communication I received throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in getting patterned concrete done properly. Many companies say they know how to do patterned concrete, but they really don't.
