Our boiler had an unexpected failure Saturday Feb 09/19. We no heat nor hot water. A call to the service tech on-call put us on his list, he had several other calls ahead of us but when he arrived he went right to work diagnosing the problem. We needed a part not stocked in Kingston. We have a small propane gas stove in the living room and put it to work. I put the electric hot water tank back into service (not removed when we converted to a propane combi boiler). When part came in it was quickly installed and had us back up and running. Many thanks to Danny and Brendan!!

Scott, Rob, and Andrew came to install our new furnace. They started and finished on time. Were highly professional and easy to talk to. They did a fantastic job and left the basement totally clean. Thank you for a job well done. Mr.&Mrs. Akl

I was very pleased with Scott and Rob being so punctual. They where very careful bring in new furnace and removal of old which was larger than the new. Installation and clean up both inside and outside was much appreciated. I was given clear instructions on operation and location were to install the filter. Scott and Rob came to work, there was no wasted time.

Scott & Rob arrived on the coldest day in December to replace an old heat pump. Scott also had to disconnect the old heat coils from our furnace with very little space to work. They were pleasant and very efficient and we are pleased with all the staff at haven

Looking for a stove for our basement. Home Haven - Herb was very good. People at 2495 Princess Store provided lots of choices. Scott,Rob,Sean & Awrie (spelling of his name ?) installed on Christmas Eve. Excellent service and workmanship. Very clean, prompt and helpful. Will recommend to our friends.

We had Scott and Rob from Haven Home install a heat pump unit and two indoor units. The product is great and the install was seamless. I would easily recommend. Many thanks!

An emergency job...I had ordered a new furnace, but my old furnace failed suddenly. I was immediately rescheduled. The very next day, and technicians Scott and Rob arrived with new furnace and other replacement parts (e.g., furnace pad). During the installation, they discovered that the old duct work had been poorly installed (e.g., gaps between incorrectly measured or cut pieces were not joined physically; rather they were "jimmed together" with gray duct tape; a small duct had been slide into a larger duct opening, and again, the difference covered in gray duct tape). Scott and Rob immediately stopped the installation, remeasured and return to their shop to build correct sized and correct fitting pieces. The finished product is a much more effective system delivering sufficient quantities of warm air throughout the house. The job took an entire day (10+ hours in a crawl space), and I was kept informed continually of progress, additional work and other issues they observed. I am very happy with their effort and work.

Technicians Joe and Devon were exceptional. The two worked literally all day and into the evening with a twenty minute lunch break. They are courteous, knowledgeable, explained everything In detail and demonstrated our new thermostat and didn’t leave until we were comfortable. They left the house cleaner than it was before they arrived! They were meticulous. And Technician Ryan did a beautiful job on our fireplace. Our Salesperson DP explained everything and answered every question. Look no further. Great company to deal with ...extremely impressed by everyone.
