Jeff and Isaac were in to repair a leak on the A/C unit. They were cordial and professional. The repair took about 2 hours. We are very satisfied with the work as we've always been with all the other work Haven has done for us

we had Nick come to do the yearly maintanence today, he was on time and very friendly. he explained his process to us and we are happy with his service and would recommend him to anyone. Hope to see Nick next year.

I bought a gas fireplace in Jan 2022 and submitted complaints about it in Dec 2022. It was supposed to be a barely used unit because apparently they couldnt get new units until the summer due to COVID related supply issues. When I got service done on it in Dec 2022, the unit was clearly well used. It was all rusty inside and had to be repainted. I had other significant complaints and here it is July 2023 and they have not once answered my complaints during the past 7 months. I have never had such poor customer service anywhere in the past. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I recently had an issue with my central air that I purchased from haven and is on their maintenance program Following a clean of my ducts my air unit stopped working Haven immediately sent technicians 3 times to resolve this matter including a senior technician As of today the unit is working and Haven has provided invoices with 0 charges for this repair Haven impressed me greatly with the quality of their office staff and technicians I would highly recommend their services

I have an annual maintenance plan with the company for the furnace and air conditioning units in my rental property. They were very patient and readily accommodated some access challenges. The technicians, Nick and Rob were pleasant, efficient, and very thorough. Rob was in training and I was impressed by Nick's encouraging and helpful mentoring of his trainee partner. I was also pleased to recognize the commitment Haven demonstrates to good training.

Each person I have dealt with, from sales, to office, maintenance and repair, have been so reliable, fair and pleasant to work with. Today, Evan performed the annual maintenance and replaced the blower motor. Our fireplace is 7 years old, and in great condition! The product itself has been exceptional. Evan was such a delight while he worked his skills professionally. All of their technicians who have been to our home, I would highly praise the same! Thank you Evan!

Nick was by yesterday to perform spring maintenance on our furnace, air conditioner & boiler. It was our first time meeting him. He is yet another of Haven Homes friendly, courteous, professional technicians. Thanks Nick!!

Fabulous teamwork with impeccable service. Harrison, Pat and Jared were extremely helpful, professional and thorough.

Made monthly payments on their plan for warranty maintenance, was a good company until it was sold, no show for 18 months!!!!! after constant cancellation on me another 11 months and no show for a/c then too cold to do. NOT RECOMMENDED, paid all that money and after firing them I was offer a $30 refund!!?? Do not trust theses new owners.

Thanks to Jett B. for providing excellent Furnace and Fireplace maintenance. I now feel comfortable that I can rely on this equipment as I head into the winter months. Jett was courteous and professional throughout and also friendly. I would welcome Jett again for another inspection. Thank you!
