Harwood Flooring installation
I purchased hardwood floor and and have their installer installed the hardwood. Marina was great!!! I am happy with the purchase but very disappointed with the installation because my new floor is squeaking and the job was not completed. The reducers are not stained. there are places left without shoe moulding. I asked the installers not to use the pieces of wood with the knots in them. They still did. I have two extra boxes of hardwood they could take pieces of wood without knots and use them. Right at my front entrance the knots are so visible. I hate seeing them so much. There is a big one under my dining table I don't think I can live with it, its bothersome. I know its hardwood and there will be knots but I have extra wood that I will not be using. I could have gotten my own installer for cheaper but I thought it would be better and safer to use installer from the company. I really wanted to be happy with my overall experience with this company but I am not. They only used wax paper on parts of the floor. I am worried about moisture under the sections that don't have wax paper. I would buy from them again but I wouldn't use their installers.

Hi, we're sorry to hear you are not fully satisfied with your new flooring, but there are factors outside of our scope of work that may influence the final product. The subfloor was old and squeaky due to old flooring nails, this is something that could only be addressed by laying new subfloor panels and driving long flooring nails, and would have escalated the costs substantially. We do not stain reducers, unless you provide a matching stain colour, so we are sorry if this was not communicated to you. You also purchased a rustic grade of wood, and discarding all of the pieces with knots and natural wood variations would result in losing 30% of the floor and exposing you to buy hundreds of dollars of new material. Again, we apologize if the grade of the wood was not explained to you carefully, but the sample should have provided clues as to the overall appearance of the floor. Thank you for your feedback, and we do take these points into account to improve our customer experience and responsiveness.

Hardwood for new house
Good selection of flooring material and outstanding service by Marina who treated me as if I was the only customer they had. She is very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Material pickup was quick and a return was handled without a hassle. I would recommend this place even to my friends.

great place
Great experience, I bought unfinished oak, and laminate at different times, the oak was delivered, they carried it in to the main floor, unused boxes were returned by me for a full refund, even though the invoice say 'restocking fee' I was not charged for full boxes I have bought flooring in many places including the big box stores, I like this place on Evans ave in Etobicoke the best I will shop there again, and I recommend it to my friends

Hardwood floors
Ordered engineered hardwood floors from AA floors. Great responsive service, early delivery, great pricing. Peter L was great to work with. Floors look awesome we are very happy. Would definitely use this company again.

Amazing Material for Great Project
We visited AA Floors & More at the recommendation of a coworker who had visited their store for flooring in his new condo. We could not have been happier with our choice of flooring vendor! My project was a unique one; we were looking for rustic, barn wood type of laminate flooring that we could affix to the wall of our Master Bedroom. We had a couple of employees make excellent suggestions based on our project, and I am so thrilled with the result! The laminate quality is amazing, and it's so simple to install with the click system. It was also a really great price; we essentially did an entire 17' x 8' wall for under the price of a nice headboard. Thanks so much to Myron and another gentleman who helped us decide on the Villa laminate. Our project turned out phenomenally!

Amazing Service by AA Flooring and More - Every Time!
We are a design + project management company and have been working with AA Flooring and More for years! Their service is amazing and they are always accommodating and informative. Marina is a gem to work with, she always helps us make the best choice for the job, always factoring in our style and budget restrictions. We will continue to use AA Flooring and More for future projects. In our most recent project we used the Wiston Seagull engineered hardwood flooring and we are so happy with it. Laminate Flooring
I purchased Kronotext Mammut Laminate in Everest Oak Grey from AA Flooring and absolutely love the product! There were so many options available at AA Flooring, however; they were fabulous to be completely patient with me. Thank you for your patience and great service! I'd definitely come back again.

Home Floor Touch Up
I was really satisfied with the overall service at AA Flooring - their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go that extra mile to find exactly what you've come in looking for. Would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone on the hunt for great flooring along with reasonable pricing.

Laminate flooring and underpadding for self installation
We had a great experience overall - from our first visits researching to returning our extra product after the project was done. We felt we really received honest advice and information about the different flooring types and options that were available. We did a good deal of research into prices from other retailers and I really believe we got an amazing price for a high quality product. They offer a complete range that in our opinion was superior in both options and price to the big box chains and lumber liquidators. We are so happy with the finished product - ('elite grey' laminate) and it looks great in our new condo! Would not hesitate to recommend AA Floors and More for your flooring product. We also looked into having it professionally installed. We ended up doing it ourselves but would have been happy to go with them over the other retailers and contractors that we researched.

KItchen Reno (Hardwood Floors)
After searching for quite some time, I came across AA Flooring and my wife visited there location downtown to find Hardwood floors. She had nothing but good things to say about the help and service she received in picking out our new Hickory flooring. We ordered the floor and it was delivered to our house within days, I was very impressed with the quality of the flooring and how easily it actually went down. A big thanks to AA Flooring for all there help.
