    Fixed hot water tank

    Our pilot light kept going out so we had Arpi’s come out and they were able to fix it. Sam was very thorough and explained things really well.

    Furnace

    Great crew, fun professional, respectful and kind. Furnace was installed in no time, everything cleaned up after. Very vey happy with results and would highly recommend for all furnace related need. Awseome job Jeff and crew. Thank you

    Replacement of furnace, hot water tank and boiler system

    Everything was outstanding! They arrived early and worked steadily through the day. The jobs were well planned and so organized, they actually finished 1 day early! The workmanship was excellent , and it was obvious that they take pride in their work. They were polite and made every effort to make this a painless process for us. Since this was done during the first snowfall and cold of the season, Paul brought in a temporary hot water heater and several space heaters to make the house liveable during the process. We really couldn’t be more pleased with this company and enthusiastically recommend them. We will be using them again!

    Furnace repair

    Found our furnace not working in the morning. Tech was here in 4 hours. It was not the problem we expected so he had to get the correct part. Furnace was back up and running within the promised time even though it was an unexpected part issue. Great service from a good company that is at the top of its game.

    Furnace maintenance

    A 15 point service on the furnace was performed. He technician was very professional and took the time to explain the results of the inspection. He explained the benefits of properly maintaining and keeping the furnace clean and annually serviced.

    Furnace servicing

    Our burner failed to light and exceeded maximum attempts. The technician, Adi, was the nicest service/repair person that has ever visited our home! He provided our options to me, the costs involved, and then provided his recommendation of a full furnace servicing, which ended up better for us, cost wise. He was such a nice young fellow, you are a lucky company to have him visiting your customer's homes on your behalf!

    New furnace and installation.

    They arrived as scheduled and went about the installation in a very professional way. They cleaned up and left everything as it was when they left. I would highly recommend Arpis both for purchase and installation.

    Furnace Service

    Arpi's has excellent, well trained and knowledgeable technicians. They explain everything very well and won't try to up sell you. I just had a digital humidistat installed and the technician went above and beyond to ensure it was installed correctly and working properly with my furnace and humidifier. Very pleased with the work done!
