I have a Thule (Audi) Ski Box with a cracked key. I phoned Ian at Affordable and he was terrific helping me arrange a replacement. And at the store Teari was outstanding with her service and make me a replacement. I did try and get help from Calgary Lock and Key they were horrible, not interested in helping. Please try Affordable.

Jeff was amazing, came exactly when he said he would be there. Very professional and polite. Had my lock replaced quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this company. Thank-you Jeff Sorry this review is so late...I think you replaced my lock in March.

Went to buy 5 new pad locks and get new keys. Said come back in a hour came back 4 hours later not one done. Same thing last time. Not going back

These guys are great. We use the multilock system for all our commercials buildings, and the ease of use is awesome. They are really accomodating with times and great service on the phone and the technicians as well. Great job overall.

I recently needed a locksmith to let me into the condo after the key broke inside the lock. The name caught my attention when I was googling a locksmith. Chris answered my call of desperation as I had a dog inside that needed my attention he proceeded to rearrange his schedule so I wouldn’t have to wait too long. Andrew the locksmith showed up in less than 1 hour he was such a pleasure to work with and is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had Andrew from Affordable Locksmiths help me with a metal garage door that has been continually broken in to. He completed the service quickly, arrived within 20 minutes of me calling to schedule the service and informed me of how the perpetrator was getting into the garage. He was fast, very knowledgable technically and about products on the market. I will use this company over and over due to their phenomenal customer service and knowledge. Thanks again Andrew!

Andrew came out on Dec 20 and change 6 locks he was very friendly efficient and as the name says affordable I would highly recommend and use again if needed.

I found these guys when I was googling businesses who copy odd keys, a mailbox key in my situation. I was impressed by their quick and super-friendly service. The price was also excellent. While there, I asked about astragals. Another locksmith had already quoted me on one but had failed to deliver and I was still waiting after 5 weeks. Affordable was very helpful and able to deliver immediately, without any up-selling. In the end, they installed within 24-hours at 50% less than the person originally hired for the job (who had up-sold, I now realize because of Affordable's honest service). Two downsides: They didn't clean our stoop after the install, leaving metal shavings for us to clean. They also close at 5 on weekdays, so for us 9-to-5ers, weekday service is more difficult. Neither of these downsides would keep me away, though. I'll return to Affordable without hesitation for all of my security needs.

I just bought door locks for my front door, back door, and garage door. The front door had a bolt lock that needed to be keyed to match the other two sets of door handles and bolt locks. I arrived at the store without an appointment with the door lock set in hand with one of the other sets and keys. The gentleman at the counter acknowledged me immediately fill my request rekeying the locks on the door handle and making 6 new keys. The whole process took about 15 - 20 minutes. We had a look around their fabulous showroom while they were doing the work. I was expecting a bill I received for the service was half of what I was expecting. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and as the name says... Affordable! I would certainly recommend this company for all your locksmith needs.
