    Professional and courteous

    Canadian Security Team were hired to install a security system in my daughter's home in Orleans. From the very beginning, the team were professional and courteous. They were very good at explaining our options and the installers were efficient and professional.

    Upgraded Alarm System

    Exceptional service - Dave (the installer) took his time and did a fantastic job. I could not have asked for cleaner work ... attention to detail was exceptional. Craig provided great follow-up service too.

    Alarm Systems

    CST was prompt and efficient any and every time there was an issue to discuss or investigate. They appear to bend over backwards to ensure their customers (me) are satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend CST for an alarm system. I am not related to this company in any way...just a satisfied customer.

    Security System Installation/ Monitoring

    Since we installed the system provided by the CST, we are pleased to announce that we have confidence with their performance. We have twice experienced the system alert alarms and were notified immediately by the service team. Their efficiency and prompt response show that the service is first class and the system is in excellent working condition. We especially wish to highlight the sale consultant, Mr. Craig Paw, who had offered professional advice to help us choose the system that best suits our need. He patiently spent two full days to carefully replace the old system. He also tirelessly explain how the new system operates. Hereby we like to offer our greatest compliment to his dedicated working attitude.

    Home security install

    First impressions were extremely accommodating and professional. From the first phone call to CST where I spoke to Debbie she was very pleasant and helpful. I explained our needs and she was able to answer all our questions regarding CST services. With in 30 min we received a call back from Craig and he was able to meet with us the same evening!! He was very knowledgeable and at no time did we feel any high pressure sales. Craig provided several options to meet our home security requirements and took the time to look closely at our existing alarm system. Without trying to up sell us Craig explained our current system was still useable and could be adapted under CST's monitoring solutions. The only changes recommended were to upgrade the smoke detectors which were more 10years old. With saying all this we had NO PROBLEMS signing with CST right away! The following day Dave arrived to install the new detectors and re program are existing system. Dave took the time to repair serval window contacts and insured everything was fully functional. Installation was amazing and NO MESS! Left behind. Before leaving Dave explained everything clearly to us and answered any other questions. Over all the experience was outstanding and we look forward to doing business with CST and have them monitor our home! Thank you so much :)

    Home security services

    We moved into a new home and after doing some research we decided to go with CST. Craig patiently answered all our questions so that we could pick the system that worked best for us. Once installed they have had to come back to do some minor tweaking with the system (e.g. to make some changes we requested and to replace of old system parts that were already in the house before we moved in) and they have always done it efficiently and on a timely basis. All the people we have interacted with have been pleasant to deal with and willing to help in any way they can. We feel we are not just one more client on the system. The service is personalized.

    Alarm System & Monitoring

    Partners in Parenting has chosen CST as their preferred alarm service and monitoring company. They are simply the best in Customer Service, Professionalism and Technical knowledge. Recently they installed alarm systems in two residential programs, quickly and efficiently! Don't Hesitate call Dave, Greg or Debbie, you will be pleased!

    Home Security System Install

    My wife and I wanted the latest and greatest in home security with all the technology available from touch screens to wi-fi connectivity. CST did an amazing job installing exactly what we wanted and did so in a timely and professional manner. The icing on the cake was when the tech took the time to ensure we were 100% comfortable using the new system not only on the touch screens, but also our phone! TWO THUMBS UP

    Security System Installation

    Our experience with CST was great! Our friends were recently robbed and quickly got a security system installed in their home by CST. They had such a good experience that we decided to go with them too, when we purchased our home. The sales associate was really helpful and explained the process really well. The installation team worked at our house all day and were very kind. They were right on time and got the work done. They communicated well with me over the course of the day and let me know whenever they would be testing the system or making a lot of noise. They also cleaned up after themselves extremely well. Overall, it was a great experience and I can truely say that I feel safer in my home because of CST. I highly recommend.

    Alarm Install

    From the estimate/consulting stage to installation and training, Canadian Security Team were phenomenal. Not only were they fairly-priced, but they were the only monitoring service I spoke with that offered IP monitoring at a decent price. Knowledgeable and friendly salespeople, clean and efficient installation - you couldn't ask for better service.
