We just had our patio rollout awning replaced by Awning Master, who we had install our original awning 25 years ago. The new custom awning (the Royal) looks as great as the original !!! We were served by the team of Tyler and Ryerson, who were super friendly, efficient and effective. We were able to get the new awning measured, fulfilled and installed, all within 9 days. Awning Master is a pleasure to do business with!!! Highly recommended !!!

Tyler and his associate from Awning Master are very knowledgeable and courteous. I spoke with Tyler and he understood exactly what was needed. They went above and beyond to take care of the awning. I had asked him to add a motor to make the awning control automatic. They did the required work and then went on to clean and service the awning which was purchased from their company in 2016. Awning master is a reliable company with efficient service and courteous people who understand customer care. I highly recommended Awning Master. Thank you Tyler.

Tyler is an excellent service person - he was able to adjust a problem I had with the awning very quickly. This was the only problem in the eight years since installation. I would definitely recommend the awning and customer service of Awning Master. Bolton.

We used Awning Master 15 years ago and we were pleased with service and product; so when we needed an update, we called without hesitation. We are very pleased with our upgrade (1 motorized larger awning and fabric replacement on 2 smaller awnings).

We service called yesterday to get our awning looked at. They showed up a few hours later and fixed our problem in less than 15 minutes. We recommend this company

Very poor service after installation. Poor customer service. The Awning Team is all smiles during the sales process but any warranty service claim goes unanswered by them and Aristocrat. It took 2 years to get any contact from company and without proper look they denied any claim after faulty install and product. Do not buy from this company at any home show or otherwise unless you can afford out of pocket charges for their faulty workmanship.

While I am happy with the product (awnings), the after sales service is terrible. I have been trying to get an awning crank handle since last fall. I have emailed many times and have been told that someone will call me. They were very quick to respond for the original order, but now I guess we are no longer important or the job is too small. I have even asked if I can pick it up and same response was given.

After moving into our new home in Alliston we needed shade over our rear patio. We have had Steve install two awnings across the patio, first one in May 2018 and second in May 2019. We have had no problems with the awnings despite windy conditions mainly due to taking the recommendations of Steve to have stabilizing poles to hold awning when in the opened state. Unfortunately when putting out awning for first time this year May 2022 the original awning bar malfunctioned and we called Awning Master. Steve attended and after trying unsuccessfully to repair on site had to take the bar away. He returned today and installed the rebuilt awning bar and it works great again. Very personable to work with. That you Steve and Awning Master.
