Steve and Ruby were very helpful and patient in assisting us with the selection of the fabric for our back deck. Trevor was a conscientious, knowledgeable installer.We love the new awning! Our back yard is now much more enjoyable. Awning Master is a great family business to fill your needs!

Steve and his team removed a fully extended awning in non working condition. It was previously installed by another company who was not returning my calls or texts. Steve and his team were professional and got the job done immediately.

This is our first experience with this company. We recently had a new awning installed by Steve and assistant. It looks amazing and we could not be happier. Our front door is west facing so it gets super hot especially on the door handles. The awning takes care of that issue. The entire experience was efficient and very pleasant. Will not hesitate to use them again.

We had two awnings installed to run the length of the house. The fabric is beautiful and compliments our patio stones perfectly! It was installed by Steve and his assistant quickly and efficiently. I am grateful for the 10 min. tutorial, from Steve, on the correct use of the hand crank, and protection of the awnings in inclement weather. Overall a pleasant experience.

Received efficient and quality service to correct the positioning of an electronic screen system in April of 2021, i.e. even during the height of the covid- 19 pandemic. Tip... always ensure that the area where the screen will come down is free of anything that will interrupt it's descent. Most common problem is a chair sitting in the path of the descending screen.

We recently had an awning installed on the back of our home. Steve from Awning Master presented the options available to us in an informative, professional manner. He identified the positives and possible negatives of various options and he allowed us to make the decisions needed to best suit our situation. At no time did we feel we were being upsold into something we did not need. The installation process went very smoothly and the work space was left tidy. Awesome. Backyard gets scorching hot. Steve walked us through options and products until we understood everything. Quote came in around expected. His delivery and install was quick — under an hour. He coached us through the tricks while using — easy-peasy. Nice guy and great service. Love the product...adds a touch of Italy to the yard. Awesome awning.

Best way to cover our back deck, no more portable umbrellas that would blow over in the wind. Excellent customer service. Called after three years after installation, came over same day. Would highly recommend this company.
