    Duct Cleaning

    In Oct. 2014 we hired this company Ottawa Duct Cleaning base on the great reviews from HomeStars. As what the previous customers said on their reviews I completely agree with them. These three guys Derek, Jacob and Reuben they are humble, polite and respectful. They were careful with what they were doing in fixing things that they loosen or unscrewed. After they were done they showed and we inspected all the things they did.They cleaned their mess and same as clean when they came. We are happy with their service and for sure we will be using this company in the future. We sure recommend to anyone who needs their service. Jona and Ken

    Duct Cleaning

    We moved in to a new home and the dust coming out of the vents was terrible. I arranged for Ottawa Duct Cleaning to come and clean all the ducts. They arrived on time, came fully prepared, were professional, and were very polite. They took off their boots, and even put mats down for their equipment to protect my new floors. They were very kind and courteous. They went above and beyond to ensure all ducts were cleaned spotless. Derek not only showed me before and after photos, he also emailed me all the photos. I highly recommend Ottawa Duct Cleaning as they are a top notch company with professional crews. Thanks for the great work!

    Duct Cleaning

    This company is by far the best duct cleaning company in Ottawa. Jacob, Reuben and Derek arrived on time and were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I asked for all ducts and registers to be brush cleaned. I was very impressed by the fact that they tried to save us money by recommending they look at the ducts first before charging for work that may not be necessary. At the end, I saved $50.00. Before and after pictures were provided. My wife set up the appointment with Roger, the owner, who was very pleasant to deal with. This is a top notch company. I have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone. Job well done !!!

    Duct cleaning

    Best service ever and very competitive prices. They really have the clients at heart and did an amazing job. They were right on time and did the work within the mentioned timeline. Not only are they very professional and knowledgeable, they are amazingly nice, polite and friendly. This company is lucky to have such great staff. I strongly recommend them as they definitely are the whole package. Call them now, you won't find any other company that can provide a better professional and quality service. Thank you!

    duct cleaning

    I did expect a work done, as I have seen the reviews before we scheduled Roger's company for the work. However, the guys exceeded all my expectations. Not only did they do a great job, but they also upgraded my order for free, as we have tried to have everything prepared for them. They were very clean, respectful, polite and patient. As a first time home owner, I sure have many questions, not a single one remained unanswered. And not to mention that we could truely feel the difference in the air quality. Great service, wonderful job, happy clients! Will recommend to anyone. Thank you Derek and team!

    duct cleaning

    This is the third time we have had Ottawa Duct Cleaning clean our house ducts. This company is exceptional in all regards from the initial set-up to the completion of the job. Roger is the most sincere person, and his crew are very professional, careful and respectful. It is really great to find such reliable people. I feel our home can breathe clean again!

    Dryer duct cleaning

    I had my dryer duct cleaned today for the first time. The team from Ottawa Duct Cleaning (Derek, Jake and Drew) were super professional, efficient and answered all my questions. They were polite and left everything in order and clean once the job was done. They explained how important it is to have this done regularly to prevent a fire hazard and to maximize the dryer efficiency, so i am glad it was done as the duct was quite clogged and dirty. I was a bit unsure before but now I am happy it was done and I have one thing less to worry about, the peace of mind is worth the money invested. I would certainly recommend this company for this service.

    Duct cleaning

    After I had a very bad experience with another duct cleaning company I am very happy with the job that Ottawa duct cleaning did. I originally wanted to hire them to clean our ducts but they were booked a month ahead and I wanted the cleaning done before we were moving to a new house. After the other company came, the guys from Ottawa Duct Cleaning saw my review of the other company in Home Starts and contacted me. They booked my appointment a week before and came on time. They were extremely efficient and courteous. They opened every return vent to clean it, which the other company did not do. Once they finish, they showed me pictures of the ducts and showed me how much debris was in their big vacuum (they were able to do it since I was the first customer after they clean their vacuum over the weekend). I would definitely recommend them not only for their good work but for being so understanding of other people's situation.

    Duct Cleaning

    Very professional crew. Before and after pictures provided. Timely service, Explained process prior to starting work and cost of job. Will recommend company to family and friends if they are looking for duct cleaning.

    Duct cleaning

    Great service, professional crew! Totally satisfied!! They arrived exactly when I was told they would arrive. I was offered advice on a few different aspects and the were quick, clean, and courteous. Valuable employees.
