    Duct cleaning and carpet cleaning

    We were delighted with both services from Ottawa Duct and Carpet Cleaning. This was arranged from out of town and Roger was more than accommodating with specific date and time for the work to be done. Both teams were very polite, efficient and happy to show us the before and after photos of the disgustingly dirty ducts, obviously never cleaned since the house was built 19 years ago, and the equally filthy carpeting which looked like it was never done either!! Carpets dried quickly as promised and the next door neighbour even got their ducts cleaned after we said how pleased we were with the service. Happy to keep recommending you in Ottawa.

    Stittsville Ducts and Carpets

    These guys were fantastic. They worked with my crazy dates, called to confirm the day before, showed up EXACTLY on time, asked me if I wanted a coffee and even helped me figure out my hot water heater (which of course is not part of the service.). They had a LOT of people, but they were all very polite and worked solid to get the job done fast. Duct Cleaning gets a bad wrap because of the telemarketers, but these are NOT those guys. They also cleaned all my carpets, and the quote was almost exactly what they said it would be. Totally worth it. Thanks Ottawa Duct Cleaning!

    Duct Cleaning

    Derick and Theo showed up at the expected time (Roger had left us a voicemail the previous evening with an approximate ETA). We opted for Package #4 which included the brushing and the disinfectant spray. As others have mentioned Derick and Theo (hope I'm spelling this right) were very professional, polite and thorough. Derick even noticed that I had a new air filter still in the box and offered to install it (which he did). Based on the racket made by the brushing attachment I was pretty sure there wasn't going to be any dust left when they were done. Derick shared before and after pix with us when the job was done. We found these folks on this site, filled out the form on their site and got a quote and time slot thru email. Apparently there are normally 3 in the team, but one was out sick the day of our job. They were onsite for about 2.5 hours. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ottawa Duct Cleaning to anyone.

    Duct cleaning

    The team from Ottawa Duct Cleaning surpassed my expectations -- they arrived on time, and completed the job (3 story townhouse) within 1½ hours. They were tidy, efficient, and put everything back the way they found it. They also showed me before/after pictures of some of the ducts, and gave me helpful tips going forward. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service!

    Air Duct Cleaning

    Duct cleaning

    Great job by very friendly team, they called to confirm the time, arrived on time , were friendly to my dogs. Explained the process. all the furniture was replaced with care . Thanks Derek, Jacob& Theo

    Duct cleaning (incl. Dryer)

    I just had a great experience with Derek, Jacob and Teo! I was very happy with the level of service they provided. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I was so impressed, I'll have them come back to do some duct repair and/or replacement! Thanks so much!

    Duct Cleaning

    Derek and his partner showed up right on time and did a great job. Laid out a mat in the hallway and removed their shoes without me having to ask. Very professional and respectful of my house leaving it just as clean. The after pictures of my ducts show a job well done. A+ Highly Recommended!

    Duct cleaning

    Roger came out last week to give me an estimate and was very informative. Derek and Dave came out today and did an excellent job. They were professional and very efficient. Also, they were very considerate of my cat who was scared and kept in the upstairs bedroom during the activities. Before and after pics showed that I now have very clean ducts!
