they winterized my sprinkler system then it froze and the pipes burst. The technician said he never saw a sprinkler system like ours. by that time too late except to call the office. they refused to send someone else.

Very little care I the design of the system. Sprinklers spraying directly into the backs of trees and plants. Dry spots where sprinklers do not cover over by zone. Paid an additional $250 with no improvement. Given them opportunities to fix their mistakes and they refuse to take ownership of past mistakes. Select Sprinkler was recommended to us by our water softener company. From the ‘doorman to the chairman’ the various team members were very professional and attentive. Adam and his team did a diligent and clean installation and we are glad we chose them for our system.

Their techs are friendly, knowledgeable and are a good representation of their company. Any minor problems that have come up, they respond right away and always make the customer come first. My wife and I love out 2.5 acre property but after 25 years were tired of dragging hoses. We received three quotes and chose Select Sprinklers because of their years in business and professionalism. They installed the complete system in three days, that is 19 zones including one just to water pots and hanging baskets. The crew were pleasant to deal with, arrived on time and made a minimal disruption to our property. I have installed two system previously with other companies Select is the best. They really know what they are doing, do it on time on budget and with a smile.

I have used Select Sprinkler since they installed my home system in 2009. Now I use them in my property management business to take care of my other properties that we manage and my clients are very happy. The techs are very friendly, explain what they are doing and get the job done. I use them to open, maintain and close my systems.

They were hired to remove an old DIY system and put in a new system. They were problems with water pooling, letters from the city about excess water usage. The service technician said old hoses were the problem (in the 1st year) and he replaced one section. Hoses were buried only about 4inches deep and are easliy cut when digging weeds. The company refuses to do respond to concerns by phone or email. I should add that I refused to pay for the cost of repairing the section of hose as I paid upfront for a new system when I think they just patched up the old one and added new heads and a new Rainbird control system.

These people, although I was previously satisfied, will not even change a damaged sprinkler head in October during the closing off of my previously purchased system. They claim to not carry any parts at this time of year. They want to change it in the spring so as to charge for a service call, even though I easily open it up myself. When I complained, the woman could not care any less and they have permanently lost my business. Everything is fine as long as they receive their money for very little effort on their part.

We have been dealing with Select Sprinklers since 2010 for opening and closing are sprinkler system. From Tiffany (responsible for scheduling appointments) to the various techs that have come out to our home, the entire experience has been excellent. They have also responded quickly when we had a leak in our sprinkler system. Their pricing is very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this company.
